Just to be clear, this is NOT a ban appeal as I have no intention of ever playing on a FH server again. Nor should it be construed as an apology. Spankeem posted in the ban list that I should come here to discuss it. There will also be NO discussion on the matter. Spankeem banned me I'm assuming for violating not being respectful. Well, here's a life lesson for you. Respect is a two-way street. It started when he accused me of spawn camping and when I made an honest attempt to explain I had just rounded a corner (by the Bradley in Convoy) I was met with some snide warning about “not being smart”. And yes, this happened several times and he just happened to be who I killed. I’m a former army paratrooper and I don’t take crap from anyone, in person or on a gaming server. If you disrespect me when I’m making an honest attempt at an explanation you damn well better believe you are going to get it right back. From your newest recruit up to whoever your Grand Poobah is. As far as I’m concerned once you don’t show a player any respect then you’ve forfeited any respect that might be due you in return. So yes, I told him to “F OFF”. Anybody that ever specs me knows I keep to the middle road and occasionally go to the two-story house. If I come back to the Bradley overlooking the field how do I know if you just spawned?
Striker told me several of your clan members had recently asked why I hadn’t joined your clan. THIS crap is the reason why I never had ANY intention of joining. I’ve been on your server for four years and I’ve spec’d every admin that ever called someone out. And to a player EVERY single admin in some way exhibited the same game play that they’d called others out for. It’s more like they’re children who aren’t mature enough to handle getting their asses handed to them with their own style of game play. I’ve spent four years watching you people drive away good, honest players that were only sticking up for themselves by pointing out the blatant hypocrisy. You can now add me to the list of players who won’t return. I’ve already found several more servers that are much more welcoming.
So, here’s what’s going to happen. I’ve deleted all FH servers from my favorites list, I’ve blocked any emails from the FH forum server, and you WILL delete my profile from your forum server. And not that I’ll be missed but I’ll never log onto another FH server again. You can make my ban permanent for all I care but seeing as I won’t be back on this forum, I’ve blocked your responses, and I won’t be on your servers I wouldn’t know anyway. And there’s not much point in responding to this post as I won’t be back even as a guest on this forum to see any response.

If you do read this I will say that we are sorry it ended this way for you......but I will also say that Spank is one of the fairest, most respectful and all-round skilled admin I know. There hasn't been and won't be an issue with his integrity ever.
As you say you won't be back, I will post this info for others. The bottom line is that you have quite an extensive infringement history which I won't go into...but it is not good. You may have noticed that you were never asked to join FH by the leadership team as we are all aware of borderline issues that have continued.
I am on my phone but will remove you from FH as requested when I get a chance.
