Date & time of ban: 3/13/13, Around 8:30.
Reason you were banned: I read the !pb and when I looked to see who it was, it was me. I believe it was for hacking, but I'm not sure. I got kicked before I could read the whole thing.
Your explanation of the appeal: Tonight I was playing a FFA on district when I got a few complaints about hacking. I have gotten these before, but usually when the admin takes a peak they realize that the accusation was false. Yet, tonight I was perm banned from your servers. I have never hacked a day in my life, I am not even sure how it's done!(Or if Macs can get them anyway) I understand why you might've thought that I was hacking, but I'm sure that there are 4 things that can explain all my "suspicious" kills. UAV, Sound, spawns, or luck. As for UAV, a spectator can't see a players UAV in HC mode which could easily explain most of the kills. Sound was on of the big kickers because I would ADS at a door or wall before a player would come in, making it seem like I saw them through the wall when really I just heard them coming. Also, spawns are really predictable after a while, especially when you've been playing CoD4 for a very long time. I'm not admitting to spawncamping, nor was I doing that at all, just over time you know where people are going to come at you from. Lastly, there are just times when a player gets lucky. I was just having one of those "on" games, I was in the zone! That is why I am so surprised to have been actually banned from the server.
As for a recall of what happened prior to that. I was first accused of hacking by a lower level player who eventually left the game. When he accused me, I believe two players Booyah and {FH}Pear(I think it was pear, I looked through your roster and his name looked the most familiar, still not sure though) watched me in spectator mode for a solid 2-3 min. Booyah told everyone I was clear, as for Pear he either thought I was clear or called the admin who banned me. After that a group of 3 or 4 FH members started to play and within 10 min, I am banned.
On a final note, I am really a good person and I pride myself on my good intentions. I really wanted to take the time to write this to say that I really don't hack, nor will I ever. I would greatly appreciate another chance on your servers. I have only been playing on your server for a few days, mainly the new one, and I was actually hoping to apply later after I took the time to get to know a few members. Especially since there is a new server upgrade.
