Thanks for posting on the forums and doing so in the manner in which you have. I banned you today for repeated trolling of spawns. I know you get called out a lot, but when an FH clan member addresses something with you its not based on call-outs, its based on what we see when we are spectating (usually a result of a call-out or us experiencing it).
We appreciate players that keep coming back to our servers as they are part of this community of like minded people that enjoy playing COD4 - in case you're wondering you've connected 1,256 times since July 2013 which is quite impressive. Having connected that amount of times I assume you enjoy playing here because of the fun environment we try to provide which has only 9 rules:
1 - No racism of any kind
2 - Use of any cheats will see you permanently banned
3 - Please be respectful
4 - No recruiting for your clan, your server, or anything else
5 - No advertising or spamming of websites or servers
6 - Please refrain from excessive cursing
7 - The use of Martydom or Last Stand is NOT allowed
8 - Do not bind your 'fire' key to the scroll wheel
9 - Camping is allowed, spawn camping/trolling is not (claying,nading,tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed)

So on one hand we have in you a player who has joined the server an impressive amount of times, but also someone who doesn't appear able to follow the rules or be inclined to take the feedback and change their ways so they are following the server rules. This leads to other players getting annoyed and admins then have to stop their game and intervene and can also result in us having to deal with this behaviour instead of more serious rule breakers (hackers).
I've attached a demo of when you joined the server just before I banned you. In this demo you harass the people spawning at the garage, then the alleyway, then by the car and the spawn under the stairs before heading back to return through them all. Your current game play sees you going back and forth between spawns killing people on spawn or having just attempted to move out of it.
Despite your trolling you seem to be a nice guy. All you need to do is curb that behaviour of trolling back and forth through the spawns and if you think you can do this then we will consider lifting the ban and allowing you to play on the servers.

I am a nice guy :) I don't understand why a lot of people dislike me in this server/community, perhaps it may have something to do with my in game name.. just a speculation.
In that demo however, it looks like I was shooting getting good kills, so you tell me I should have ran away from a possible kills? and it seems a little premature to hand me the perm ban base on this little clip.
Like you said, I have been playing here for quite sometime and I do enjoy the community with it's devoted admins. I have nothing but good things to say about every admins in here.. It's up to you weather to lift the ban or not.

The garage part was a bit epic but it was the moving back and forth between spawns that I wanted to capture to show you. I wont lie - we want to keep you as a player here, but we just need you to curb that trolling of the spawns if you will. I think if you can do that you'll probably not get as much crap from the other regulars.
In return Ill remove the ban and that last notice about it being your last chance.

Hi Apoc - Thank you for your insight, you have been always on top of things which is what an good admin would aspire.
But just to comment on your post, please do not make it look like I disregard rule 9 every time I join the game.. Not unless you can prove it then that's a different story.. you wouldn't even have to ban me, I will simply just leave and not come back.
You have a history of accusing me of cheating which again is not true. I have attached the demo of you and Col calling me a cheat.

You have been breaking the same rule, consistantly, for over 6 months.
You have been warned for breaking this rule by almost every admin here with the power to warn.
You have been ignoring every attempt up until now to modify your behaviour.
I think its safe for anyone who is familiar with your history of behaviour to suspect you of breaking the rules.
Thats not our fault, its yours.
Regardless, you have nothing to fear if you are REALLY not breaking rules. We have a strict code of not handing out lasting punishments without ample evidence of rule breaking. So just play nice, ignore the naysayers, and let superior gameplay do the talking for you.

Just figured I would weigh in here with my 2C.
Hi, Anewb.
Spawn killing is fine, spawn camping and spawn roving is not.
I know for a fact you do not spawn camp. But, you do have a problem with roving the spawns.
That is defined as going from one spawn to another, and then back again, and repeat. This is not allowed.
The way to avoid it? - Just keep moving forward. Get those kills in that area where you spawn, even if they be in spawn, because it's kill or be killed in those areas, then clear out of the area entirely, and do not return. If you do return to the area, just to cover non-spawn points, like general areas and passage ways, and you see someone in spawn, let them live and exit the spawn. if they shoot at you then give them that chance and take them out. But, general rule is to keep moving forward, and if you camp a certain spot, don't kill in spawns or block spawns. Hope this helps. - Kil

Thank you everyone who voiced their opinion. Mike you are truly a gentleman.
For more than 3 years this server was my only outlet from work and basically life in general, it has been an integral part of my every day routine. This is probably the only server/community dedicated on this game that has the commitment to keep this game alive for like minded people that really enjoy this game.
I do however think that it's time to move on. I will surely miss the talent of most of the frequent players in here and all the admins who has given their time to assure fair play for everyone to enjoy.
Spank, I will take your kindness of lifting the ban and leave this community without sour grapes. :)

Just know that the ban has been lifted, and as long as you adhere to the rules from this point on, you are more than welcome to play on our servers.
