So, I was just in Chinatown for about 2 minutes. I placed 2 clays. 1 inside a 2nd floor window where you'd have to climb thru from another building. ( NOT a spawn spot)....the 2nd one was inside the door of "discount liquors", (maybe imports) doesn't matter, also not a spawn spot. Someone dropped a PB on me. Now, when I first started on your server I was not used to SO MANY rules to play COD and I had some issues. Since I've been reinstated I have been very clean. Ask any of the FH guys. And i play EVERYDAY. The joker said "don't bother appealing your PB" . Big tough guy I guess. Didn't even give me a chance or tell me how I was wrong. So take this comment however you choose. But, whoever it was certainly had a hair across their ass tonight. And, they were WRONG!!!

In the list above was a ban you received to bring you to the server so we could point out the rules and our expectations moving forward. When you join the server, the following greeting is displayed on the screen: Flupperdog DO NOT spawn camp on this server and stop with the complaints or you will not be playing here for long
Today when you joined the server I also saw the greeting and thought I would spectate you. What I saw was you setting a claymore on a spawn (marked in yellow).
Given the above rule breaking and that you continue to be unable to follow the server rules, as a result you have been permanently banned from the server.

As I've said many times before, I have never KNOWINGLY placed a clay at a spawn point. Now I remember that spot you're talking about from last night. I spawned at least 30 feet away around the corner on the grass, ran around the corner of the building, went back 5 feet and placed the clay at the corner. You all seem to consider spawn points within about a 20 foot radius, well after spawn protection has ended. A spawn point in my eyes is pacing a clay IMMEDIATELY after spawning, WITHOUT MOVING. In no way, shape, or form should you be banned for putting a clay somewhere where you have to run into it 20 feet from where you spawned. Once again, I have NEVER placed a clay directly in a spot where you spawn. That's my defense, it is what it is.

It seems you are still missing the point. You may well have spawned somewhere else but you went straight and placed your clay right on top of another spawn. An small excerpt straight from the rules - claying, nading, tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed. Quite straight forward really.
You have had so many issues with spawn clays in the past even though it has been explained many times.....if you were serious and were having trouble understanding the rules then perhaps you should have selected another perk besides clays.
Spank has rightfully had enough and he told you your ban will stay. This post will be locked.
