Date & time of ban: 16SEP2013 (mid afternoon)
Reason you were banned: Couldn't see in console, but assuming UAV constant, aimbot and/or wallhack
Your explanation of the appeal:
Some of you may know me from the 8th Infantry (hence my posting username)
I am a very good player... I'm not trying to be a jerk by saying that either...
I have created several different account names (all on same GUID) as I got better to keep my KDR as close to a huge + as I can.
I was kicked on Broadcast.
I had a post when I was playin with the 8th Infantry, that broke down that map, corner by corner, spawn by spawn. I molest certain points of that map, inluding the wall on the 2nd floor that leads to the server room from the lobby, underneath both stair cases, as well as the wall in the bathroom, that exists only graphicly, as you can shoot through both sides of the wall un hindered.
Now, on a side point, I spawn troll, I do it ALOT and I do it well and know how to cover it up. I know every spawn on that map, and in a full server, the spawn yeild is very high.
(I do the same on Crash, and China Town. Wath my KDR on any other map. It sucks)
I use hit markers from wall banging, and randomly tossed stuns.
Now, there is an ap in the APPLE Market, that puts a stationary crosshair or mil dot in the middle of your screen. It is not a COD hack, download, or MOD. and yes, I do use it.
I play windowed, and I play Mid Res. I turn off EVERYTHING that I can to get the least amount of graphic lag as possible. My ping yesterday? 40-60. My mouse sensitivity I----------------O---I almost full. I use a pair of SOL Republic Headphones.
Shortly after leaving the 8th I was banned. (3 days later) for this same thing.
Being a Senior Admin, I understand your ban, and will respect if the ban is kept active....
But this is my appeal.

You were banned by {FH}Cripes for a wall hack. Normally i would wait to speak to the admin that performed the ban and get their opinion and view a demo but since i know you personally and i know your game play/style, i'm going to unban you. If Cripes shows me a demo that proves to us that you are hacking, i will instantly re-ban you. Thanks for taking the time to appeal, i hope all is well!
