Title: Attention MAC users - new update won't work with COD4 -
Post by: |FH| Nightcap on October 11, 2019, 09:49:44 am
I suggest not do do the update!

"Apple began the transition to 64-bit hardware and software technology for Mac over a decade ago, and is working with developers to transition their apps to 64-bit. At our Worldwide Developers Conference in 2018, Apple informed developers that macOS Mojave is the last version of macOS to run 32-bit apps".

Well apple forcing the update to 64bit from different angles, cannot cable recognise phone with computer, daily window with no longer option than “remind me tomorrow”. auto update comes as default (had it disable for some time).
Well , think we will soon loose all mac players from game. Bloody shame, but as my 9 year old just told me as I was scolding him “Dad, embrace evolution”. Lol

It's really bummer about Apple dropping 32 bit support. I'm an all Mac household, so I'll have to either a) keep one Mac at Mojave and never go any higher, or b) BootCamp a Mac and goes Windoze for COD4 play. I really hate to have to do that though...

Agree. Mine starting to crash with Mojave. Not aure hownlomg it will last.
You can also boot camp and leave there Mojave till it dies.
Personally put windows on bootcamp but a pain to go back amd forth
