On several occasions, while in spectate....the server has been rather full, along with 2 or 3 Admin in the game...Multiple issues have come up.
These Multiple issues require the attention of Multiple adminS. ( That's PLURAL, meaning more than one.. For you C Students LOL ).
Yet, these other Admin continue to go on playing rather than pull out and spectate or admin.
This problem seems to be occurring when the Newer FH ADMIN members are playing.
Not naming anybody.
This is NOT a isolated incident............... :nuclearhammer
I think this is nothing more than a communication problem with the new Admin.
I suggest you new guys start paying more attention to what is being typed on your screen, be aware of issues that are developing in the game and don't be so preoccupied with potential kills.

We shouldn't be relying on newer members to do the majority of the work of adminning. They are to be doing more observing HOW we admin and they have minimal bot commands as well. I dropped out of several games to deal with admin issues and I felt I picked up the issues rather quickly and dealt with them just fine. Striker, I know there are moments the need seems greater but it's really not the newer members we are looking to fill the gap. By newer members I'm talking recruits and MODs.
Keep in mind we also have a number of whiners that call out spawn camping when they get spawn killed. I find that about half the complaining in the server is legit and half is not.
It is a pain to step out of game, especially when you are into it, you know what I mean. Sometimes I am halfheartedly playing and doesn't bother me at all to go to spectate. Other times I'm in comp mode and to step out is a pain.
So even when in "comp mode" I'll step out though, depending on what the complaint is, if more than one person is complaining, and who the complaints are coming from.
Can always use more admins, but admins should be able to enjoy playing as well. :)

Jock I understand very well your point about limited authority by the newer members.
Just for your info, You have not been on the server when these issues I am referring to occurred.

If new admins aren't doing the right thing send them a friendly pm with what the issues is and whats expected. Also if a recruit is doing the right thing send them a friendly pm and tell them. Either way communication (feedback) is the key.
That way no one is left guessing what is considered the right or wrong thing. Everyone is clear from the outset.

I no as a mod I spend more time in spec then in game mostly during the day when few admins. are on.
like what was said by jock I am very limited what I can do as a moderater. have gone into Skype for help when needed
but not always someone there. I am on every day and have not had a lot of problems most of them I can handle others I get a full admin on them.
