If you have been banned and would like to appeal it, please provide the following information in the format provided below:

Date & time of ban:
Reason you were banned:
Your explanation of the appeal:
The admin that banned you has to respond within 48 hours. If the admin hasn't responded in that time period your ban will be lifted. However, if video evidence is available to clan leaders, your request can be denied regardless of a lack of response from banning admin.
