Reason you were banned: "constant arguing with admins about rules while breaking them"
Your explanation of the appeal: I don't know if this is part of the code of conduct for all admins of your clan, but I've noticed with zMan that he seems to make up rules that don't exist. He muted me once before for "using something other than English" and nowhere did it say that this was a rule on the server or the website. Another admin mediated the situation by saying that if I had further concerns, I should bring them to the forum rather than argue in the server, and I complied.
Today, on pipeline, I thought I'd just mess around on the MG glitch, after making sure that there was no rule against it. I shot all the cars, and one of them happened to kill someone. I made an effort to not attempt to shoot anyone else, and did not kill anyone else. zMan apparently thought that this was another rule, and tried to ban me for it. I got out of the glitch to question his actions and his motives, and he pulled the "submit to authority" card on me. The rest of the conversation is evident in the chat log.
I am requesting disciplinary action taken against zMan for doing things that are beyond his duties as an administrator (enforcing the rules rather than legislating them on the spot). If this kind of behavior is acceptable in FH and nothing is done about zMan, I do not wish to take any part in your community any longer.
I will save you the trouble of saying "well gtfo, no one is saying you have to stay." I've said it for you, if that is in fact what you're thinking. If not, thank you for being a reasonable human being, and I wish you many offspring so that more of the future population would be like you.
Disclaimer: I have also been very careful not to disrespect any administrator, since though I have challenged authority, I always do so with the respect that fellow human beings deserve.

Also, FH, please verify or deny the existence of "unwritten rules" and how those are enforced.
I have explained the unwritten rules to you already yet you continue to break them and then argue invalid points. If you wish to continue playing on this server I suggest you change your game play and stop arguing with admins about the rules and start following them. Because we know what they are.. Written and unwritten.
I've gotten different answers from different admins as to what unwritten rules entail. For example, the one about "no foreign languages" is inconsistent; zMan claims it's a rule, and kilrbkild (I think it was him) has no knowledge of it.

First off, the rules I have explained to you that you believe I am making up are rules I have been told directly from clan leaders and executives. Secondly, you were muted because of your constant complaining about the rules I was explaining to you which is disruptive to others play time. Third, I have previously told you the heavy machine gun glitch is not allowed, yet today you decided to break that rule again not believing that when I say it's against the rules... That it actually is. Forth, the chat log will reveal that you disrespect admins by calling them power trippers when they catch you out breaking the rules, when in reality you should be complying to them. Last of all.. Your ban is for 4 hours, I implore you follow the rules when or if you wish to return. Take care

There is in fact a rule against it. The rule is that glitch in is allowed as long as you can be seen and killed. The MG glitch allows you to be killed, but makes the user invisible, thus a violation of the rule.

Here is a list of the in game rules, COPIED AND PASTED from a different post. I would like to point out the rule on the bottom. That is the rule that you are in violation of.
In-game Rules
- No racism of any kind
- Use of any cheats will see you permanently banned
- Please be respectful
- No recruiting for your clan, your server, or anything else
- No advertising or spamming of websites or servers
- Please refrain from excessive cursing
- The use of Martydom or Last Stand is NOT allowed
- Do not bind your 'fire' key to the scroll wheel
- Camping is allowed, spawn camping/trolling is not (claying,nading,tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed)
- Glitching, except for elevators, is allowed as long as the following is true:
- You can be seen
- You can be killed

EmiIy - as Sir pointed out, the glitching rule is contingent upon two distinct criteriaâ¦
1. You can be seen.
2. You can be killed.
Although this is not specifically articulated in the !rules via console, we do well to understand that those rules found via console are 'general'. If FH were to add every single bit of minutia to the !rules, the screen would fill up.
If a rule (or facet of a rule) isn't directly listed via !rules, it doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't exist. That may prove to be a source of frustration for you and/or other players who are being directed to conform to a request from an administrator.
It certainly could be possible that you have never heard any admin specify the 'be seen/be killed' criteria in-game since you first played on the server back in March, and if that is/was the case, no harm no foul, simply cease and desist, and continue to play. But the greater foul here was the arguing about it for 4 minutes after the initial warning. Instead of arguing in-game, you could have simply taken it to the forums, (which you clearly demonstrated in knowing how to find), aired your concern for clarification about the glitch rule, and received the feedback. Even better yet, you could have found the very rules which Sir just posted avoiding all this unnecessary drama.
You're clearly skilled, able to hold your own amongst many others, it's nice to complete against other people such as yourself - the ban is already expired, just abide by admin direction and if you feel an admin is wrong about a rule, then bring in here instead of going toe-to-toe with the admin while in-game - I don't think I've ever seen it end well.

It is a rule that this is an English speaking server only. this we had to add after we found players cursing and talking about admins. in other languages.
and the glitch rue is as stated above you must be able to be seen and killed. thankyou for bringing this to the forum and we hope this clears it up for you.
