Thanks for your application.
We have come to know you quite well in recent times. We feel at this point that you are not the right fit to become an FH admin. Don't take it to heart, as it isn't for everyone.
You are obviously keen to learn, however you can be quite argumentative at the same time. This ended today in a 4 hour ban for you.
I would like to take the opportunity to address one such discussion with you while we have each other’s attention. It is the difference between spawn camping, spawn blocking and spawn killing. I chose this as I recently saw your long interaction with another admin on the topic.
You said you know the rules, however I feel some clarification will help you.
Spawn camping - spawn camping is aiming at or near the spawn and intentionally killing as the player spawns. Quite obvious.
Spawn blocking - whilst I am not saying you have a big problem with spawn camping....I am saying that you often position yourself looking at spawn exists. Your argument the other day was that there was more than one spawn exist, which was true. The issue was that you had both of them well and truly covered from your position and the spawning player could not get out.
Spawn killing - unintentional as you come across a player in a spawn as you move about the maps. Don’t double-back over the same spawns time and time again. Keep moving in different paths. Understand that our spawn protection system is disabled after 5 seconds, as soon as you fire, throw nade or as soon as you look down the weapon sights.
My recommendation is to take our admin’s advice when given and ask yourself why they keep telling you the same thing. I understand we have a lot of admin under alias at times and this is why it pays to be respectful to all in the server.

the temp ban was completely misread by the admin...
there was another player who was staring at me from underneath and I made a G-rated joke that the other admin had no contextual knowledge of what I was talking about. That whole thing was construed out of proportion, and that's what made me want to be an admin as there is unfairness even by admin.

p.s. I never had an issue with any of the admin telling me the same thing...

May I offer you one piece of advice before we call it quits? We all do it at times....but we are on a game-sever and we are not in a chat room. Non-stop lengthy chat spam tends to draw attention and will be misconstrued sooner or later.

Every one of FH’s admin are just normal guys and girls and treat everyone as fairly as the next.
