Why do you want to join FH?: I like the atmosphere here, the player base is fair and friendly for the most part---including the non-FH players here. I think I can contribute to that atmosphere in a positive way.
About how many hours do you play a week? (There is no requirement) Average 6-10, but will vary from one extreme to the other from time to time.
(1-5 hours per week, 6-10 per week, 10 + per week):

How much responsibility would you like to have in the clan? At the moment not a lot (time constraints--I dont want to commit to tasks I cannot guarantee I can follow through with.

How long have you been playing COD? Uhm...long time? Probably about 6mos or so after COD4 came out.
What other clans have you been in in the past? For COD4, <KB> which is now defunct. I used to be an admin on a Delta Force Blackhawk Down squad called AFL, dont know if any of you youngsters go that far back though
What other games do you play or like? I play Civilization 5 from time to time...

I am glad that my previous associations reflect positively, and I appreciate that.
A membership should be considered on its own merits though. I dont want to
be approved because I know someone here. I would like to be approved because
the members here feel I am a good fit, that my presence here contributes to the
desired atmosphere, and that you all feel I would not be a liability to the squad.
If those things are not true then admitting a candidate would not be the appropriate
thing to do.

Top three expectations, imo, 1. positive attitude and polite 2. enjoys the GAME and likes to have fun (not overly competitive), participates in clan activities (server, forum, skype) and admins fairly.
Top three "deal breakers", imo, 1. Rude/offensive/heavy handed 2. overly suspicious of hackers/calling out good players 3. hacks (past or present)
Of course, for me, it's hard not to consider my experience with you at KB, but I'm confident in saying you meet our expectation!
The only issue is that we do expect members to use skype as a means of communication. We have a clan chat which functions as a real time method for communication when adminning and in building our clan community. So if you can set up a new account or resurrect your old one, that would allow us to move forward. We do a very short voice interview on skype (skype phone) as part of the application process. After that skype is all text typing in a group chat.
Just post your skype name in this thread when you have it set up and I'll sent a connection request on skype once I get it from you. Then we can proceed with the application process.
