Firste of i will explain who i am.
I am Pie's father, and im one of the clanleaders in |GK|
He lives under my room, and i can assure you that pie Are not using any hack, what so ever.

I can understand that in that video it looks like he are using some kind of hack, but it is very nice put toogether.
All the clips where he sees the other player before, are not shown, and when you look at the video, it does not look like a 100% sure hack.
And you do not perm ban because another player says so, we get the evidence our self

To one clan to another, why havent you contactet the leader of GK to get the historie.
Pie are one of the best players i have ever seen, and to perm ban a player because one player can't take and good beating, and take only his video as evidence, is beone me.

When a GK player are playing on other server, we allways behave, and no Son of mine are using any Hack.

Second, i will say to you silent, damn what a bad looser you are.
You cept on bad mouth Pie the hole time, on and on.
He cept his cool at all time, and at no time returned the bad words you cept saying.

I would never perm ban a player in GK before i see for my self, and not only see what a bad looser have put toogether.

Pie are Not hacking, i know and are 100% sure he is not.

I hope you from FH lift the ban, and not only take Silent words for giving, as he had an agenda.

And Silent, i hope you lern to behave when you are playing on other servers  than your own.

Let us start by saying we all know you live together because you share the same IP. IE roommates, dorm room, or wife etc etc.  As for the video, this is just one of many demos we have on stock, I?d say at least 20 to 30 if not more of said player. As you seen in the link it starts off in slow motion and moved to normal speed. There is lil to no recoil and his bot can?t lock on to the targets. Because one is coming from both the left and right thus, the swing action as shown in the video.

Clearly, as you stated, I have one of the m249 that he has no recoil as well. While he may live under your roof sir, doesn?t mean he?s not cheating. As for any father like myself, I?d come to kids defense as well.  I can totally understand that. However, G3 is not the only one to report PIE as many other members have as well. We don?t ban for a micro film of evidence this dates back to   July 31st so we?ve done our homework.

Sorry to inform you, but IMO your son is cheating. I?m sure you want or don?t want to listen. Understandable so, but IMO the ban should stand. I?d be happy to give you with the demos I have. You can bet SR staff will be talking to you on the matter.

The only thing he have running when he plays, is the fps set, as he need to play at 140 fps or over, or the game will lag.

If you like, we can make a video for you, but then you have to lift the ban, as it has to be on your server he plays, so  it will be like last time?
This could be lernfull for all parts, and i would like silent to pay all clanmembers 10 dollers if he is wrong "he wrote that;-), and Again he is, big time

I can understand that you hear this alot, fathers saying there sons don't hack. That might be true, but Again, our home are not like other, i have very strickt rule to protect my line, so i as a Clan leader don't get mixed up in any hacking charge.

He knows that, and the penalty for breaking my rules. He is not a littel boy, he is 17.

Think some of your know GK founder Sinister, ask him, he knows Pie.

As for g3 he was warned in the other thread about talking to calling out other players. He?s been a long time player in our server and he knows the rules. He is held to a higher standard, but we can?t kick him for calling hacks.  However, it?s noted in the logs of the demo review.

As for your house hold, I?m sure you do run a tight ship and if you want to know why it?s in slow motion it?s just one of the many tools we use to tag cheats. We can see there bullet spread, aim and gun firing motion.  Thus, why I stand by still in saying pie is cheating, the video doesn?t lie. Again I offer you the opportunity to review the demos we have which is tons of them IF SR staff approve. Which I don?t foresee it being a problem. Most of us play with 250 fps so we understand that as well.

Let me ask you a question, if random player from a variety of servers, calls your clan member  a cheat and you still think nothing about it? Seems a way odd to me?. However, family comes first we here at FH are and try to be close as we can be to that.  WE are not perfect, but we try and we have tons of research on the subject.

Do you reviews as much as us? Do you look at countless footage of players in a non-bias way every day? Do you know cheats can toggle on and off if you?re in the room? Do you know what ROCCAT or Catalyst Hax is?
Sadly, I don?t think you do and haven?t put near as much time as many of us. As for you making a video that really doesn?t proof much. Given as I said we have at least 20 demos of PIE and prove he?s using something. Again I ask you just watch the video does that look like normal aiming to you.

Two players coming from both left and right and the sights twitch like crazy this is clearly an aim bot IMO and the m16 has lil or no recoil on the shots. Almost straight lined as you get IMO.  This is my opinion on the subject and having review many demos of pie he?s earned his time on the sidelines.

From one dad to the other, I?m completely understanding of your thoughts on the subject. However, please understand ours we work hard to and review a lot of tape. We are not perfect, but we don?t remove players without great debate and trust you me that?s been tons on pie. As matter of fact in members section, I was the first one to say clean. Until I reviewed more demos, this is also noted in our forums. SO it was not without great thought this wasn't done on a whim.   Sr staff have made the call and for now and I trust them 100% on this matter.

As to why other call him cheater, and i should think twice about it.
Well i still believe him, and we have talked about in the Clan, because we have a number of very god players WHO have been banned for hack, and they have not used any.
My self are at the moment banned from the 8th, for surspicius play. I have never tryed it at all. I would allways  give the player the bennefit of the boubt, if you are not 100 % sure.
Im 42. followed this game and only this game ever since it came out. ive been in AEK for manny years, before joining Sinister in GK as Clan Leader.
I know all there is to know, and i also know that sometimes there are mistakes made, because it is allmost to god to be true as some players play.
You are 100 % mistaking here, but you have made up your mind.
I gave you an oputunity to see how a nr 1 player plays in a demo, to show you how he plays.
If you record at the same time you would see that there are no cheat.

I'm gonna stop here, but think, you could have learned  somthing here, i mean that in a good way.

Well silent, if you pracktice as much as he has, you might not be in the bottom of the lederboard.

I understand your view point on the matter; however, you?ve not really answered the questions that were presented to you. You?ve only defended your son, which is understandable. Given he?s your child you?re 42 I?m 41, my son is only 3 so I enjoy the time with the wild man. As for the 8th clans well join the club banned me too.  They are the worst clan in COD and give many bad names. We strive to be nothing like them at all. 

I?m presenting you with an opportunity as well, if you can explain the twitching and no recoil. I?m sure SR staff would be more than happy to go over it with you. Again video doesn?t lie and you?re presented with just a small bit of what we?ve seen. However, you?ve yet to explain it, which is very odd to me.

Sr. Staff will handle it from here; I?m just an admin on the server and clan member. You?re welcome to talk to them as I don?t have the final word on pie. Best of luck to you and see on the battle field.
