Title: Krash spawn camping behind fence

I called out Krash 3 times standing behind the fence killing spawns as they entered game before this clip was taken no response

Hey SgtMiller - thanks for that.  I noticed that Krash is a 3 time visitor to the server and therefore may not be aware of our server rules (that's giving him the benefit of the doubt that he may not have played on a server with such a rule).

I put a notice on him so when he comes onto the server an admin will explain to him the server rules.
