Date & time of ban: ~9:56am EST, 2/22/2013 (just a few minutes before the time of this post)
Reason you were banned: Apoc's ban message was "Wallhacking in this server is a nono"
So, after playing a bunch of good games today (I went 100-8! Which one of your members graciously complimented me on :3) I was banned by Apoc for the reason ""Wallhacking in this server is a nono""

where I was found to be legit.
After Catch22 joined the server we were going kill-for-kill through most of the games. It was fun! I'd like his input.
I've come to enjoy playing on the FH server, because the admins here usually have my back. I DO get a number of hackusations, but this is pretty normal. I know you guys have specced me alot, and always found me to be legit, so I'm not sure why I was banned randomly today. I guess I was playing particularly well.
There's no alot I can say that I haven't said in my previous appeal.
When a couple of players accused me of hacking (at least one of which was a regular), I urged them to record demos to post on the forums here for scrutiny. During the following few games, my ratio was fairly consistant and I didn't really play any differently from any other round. CP31, I believe, was recording demos of me. Perhaps you could get some of his.
I request, again, that any video evidence be posted publically for everyone to see. If anyone has a demo of my 100-8 round that would be pretty kickass too, 'cause I wanna watch that one.
I assure you if you watch/listen closely, I simply use audio cues, as well as UAV and map knowledge to keep things locked down. I'd be glad to go over any demos with you and explain what I see/hear.

Hey Mrkelvin,
Im the 1 that banned you, i believe you to be 1 wallhacking or have a uav hack.
Just hang tight while i watch a few of the demos that will be posted.

Does your server record demos automatically, or does a player need to do it?

i too was a against MrKlevin because i thought he hacks but i dont think in the demo its clear so maybe the SUPERADMIN see something

Your ban is under review as I told you. A couple of admins will have to watch the demo's and reach a consensus. We will get back to you in the coming days.

You will find yourself unbanned from the server, i would like to take this time to Apologise for the ban.Sometimes i would just rather be safe than sorry, the demos have been review and you are good to go.

Q: No disrespect taken from that at all! I value your unbiased opinion. I'll be the first to admit that I hop a little bit more than I should, but I try to keep it under control. It comes from years of built-up habit and when things start to get thick, I tend to revert to it pretty quickly. I promise I'll do my best to get that sorted. :D
Apoc: I thank you kindly for the time you've put into considering my request. It does mean a lot to me. I understand that you want to keep your server safe and secure, and don't begrudge you for making a judgement call. You didn't have to put such time into reviewing my bans, but I very much appreciate the fact that you did.
Much <3 to all of FH. You guys run a good server. Most would not put such effort into reviewing and verifying their bans. Thank you kindly for maintaining the integrity of a small (and otherwise already tarnished) community. :D
I still intend to record a couple of videos for you guys from my point of view (both with a physical camera so you can see my mouse movements and gameplay, as well as a matching demo/fraps at a workable resolution with proper directional audio) just for verification.. and also to set CP31's mind at ease.
I'll check the server tomorrow morning as soon as I get a chance. For now, I'm off to bed! Good night (or good morning for you euros.) and I look forward to playing with you all again :D
