hi,
if you get this error => awaiting keycode authorization and get timed out after 10 secondes
1rst : if we all get it in the same time, thats a master server problem (overloaded or not connecting) => nothing to do :(
2nd : if only one person get it, press ctrl+alt+del and watch in the running process if punkbuster isnt running twice => if yes turn off all punkbuster process and restart your game => enjoy
