Thanks for coming to the forum. I don’t know who your friend is, but what I do know is that you have 3 x GUIDs and all of them are banned from our servers.
You have a long history of spawn camping to the point where you have a message placed on you that reads, “welcome and do not spawn camp, next time ban will stand”. You see this every time you log on to our server.
I watched you spawn camping over the weekend, so as the message says, your ban will stand.
I can ban just as fast as you can purchase new game keys, so I am sorry to say that it is time you found somewhere else to play. We are a tolerant bunch but you are clearly not prepared to show us any respect.
P.S. I have heard all the stories from....it was my friend or I won't do it again. I won't be dragged into that conversation.

With all due respect, I didn’t make an appeal to be unbanned, you requested my presence in the forum. I asked for examples of what was considered spawn camping the first time this happened and the accusing admin wouldn’t provide an explanation. I play with most of your admins and don’t have a problem with any of the except for 3. You, mits and zman. The last of which has nothing better to do than to pretend he’s a regular guy, stir up trouble in the game and then mute people when he deservedly gets talked back to. He once threatened to mute EVERYONE.
You didn’t witness me spawn camping because it never happened. I never sit in a corner and aim directly at a spawn picking people off. You guys constantly tell people to record so if it happened let’s see what you’re talking about?
I’ve given up trying to figure out what some of you consider spawn camping is. Like I said, I don’t have an issue with most. And the handful of you guys that do take issue don’t say anything in-game when you claim to see it happen, you just issue a ban hammer.
I can get around your bans nearly as quick as you issue them, so you can be fair in the way you moderate at at least give the courtesy of telling your players what they’re doing wrong when you witness it, or you can continue doing what you’re doing. Either way, I’ll see you on the server.

You could have been permanently banned a long time ago with your'e record of trapping and trolling spawns so the fact you are not should show just how much lenience you have been shown from myself and other admins. I have always given you an explanation as to why warnings are issued for you and i go into quite a detailed explanation at that. You sir have disrespected me many a time (just like in this post) without receiving a single warning or mute so what does that say.. i remember having a conversation a while ago with you that ended in you saying you can circumvent any ban we place on you which in my eyes just shows you don't give a crap about the server or respect its rules. The reason you have 2 clan leaders and an executive admin on your'e case all the time should be enough to show you that your'e game play has issues that need changing.

You've accused me of spawn trolling on Crossfire and asked me not to "look down the hall" so I stopped. The only time I look that way is when I first enter the room to make sure the adjacent room is clear or when I see someone pop up on my UAV. Beyond that I'm looking straight ahead at the staircase across the way with my LOS to the spawn next to it blocked by a wall, those stairs are also not the only exit from the spawn that's already outside my LOS. This, by strict interpretations of the rules is not breaking them, yet this map seems to be the one the handful of you have an issue with.
As far as disrespect, i'm not sure what you're talking about. You can reference other admins calling me out and I can reference a few other threads here where I'm not the only one calling you out on you causing friction in-game under aliases and then using your admin powers to either mute or threaten to mute. Calling you out on your actions isn't disrespect. You talking shit about my gameplay even if within the rules and me asking you to worry about yourself also isn't disrespect. If it is, it's in both directions and it isn't me starting it.
Anyway, I didn't come here to argue with you, I came here because you guys requested I visit the forum. If you want to talk about my gameplay and what specifically i'm doing you think falls outside the rules, I'm all ears. If all you wanted to do was to reiterate the permanent ban stays and request I stop circumventing it, then you've said it and we'll just move on from here.

What you call "Talking shit" about your gameplay would have been explaining whats wrong with it, as in trapping spawns or trolling etc.. when you recieve warnings you have always been given a detailed explanation as to why. That is not what i would consider talking shit about your'e gameplay. That is giving you exactly what you are asking for here. And it has been explained to you over and over again in multiple ways by multiple people to no avail. We all seem to have the same understanding of the rules except for a few people such as yourself.
You like to keep bringing up the post that nuclear hamster made. Which has no relevance in this post but when the chat is becoming disorderly and people are becoming disrespectful of course mutes will ensue, Disrespectful players are muted all the time in game by multiple admins..You make it sound like not being able to chat in game is as bad as being banned.
I don't come in game to cause trouble with people i come in game to play and to make sure everyone is following the rules.. what you call causing trouble is actually just admins such as myself enforcing the server rules which apply to everyone, admins included. Its nothing personal towards the player ( Even though alot of players don't see it that way) and players that can take in the rules and follow them don't get warned out of game or constructive criticisms its as easy as that. The more connections you have to the server the more you are expected to understand and follow the rules. When you become a repeat offender and have a high connection count you end up getting watched alot by admins. Its common sense really.

Not how I remember it at all. You were complaining that I was camping and saying it was boring, I said "worry about yourself." Mind you, this was one of those times you were in their with an alias, which is about 70% of the time. You didn't make any mention of me breaking rules, you simply didn't like how I played the game. The handful of times you have told me to actually stop doing something because of a rule, I've questioned or defended myself and stopped doing what I was doing even though I disagreed with your interpretation of the rules. For example, camping in a perfectly legal spot, hearing foot steps and stepping out to look in an area that happens to have a spawn. You said to just stop, so I did. If I hear footsteps now, I just hang back and wait for the person to come in the room. One of us has a poor recollection of what happened. I'm sure the chat logs you keep immaculate records of would clear it up. Have fun out there, I know I will.

You do trap spawns man. For example, every time on Crossfire you keep to that specific table and trap the 3 spawns across the street(one directly across from you, the two to your right across the street and then the spawn to the right of you by the dumpster outside of the building you camp in. You repeatedly rush to that spot every time I come into Crossfire with you on.

Then perhaps I don't know the definition of trapping. I'll tell you what I think it means and you tell me what it actually means.
Lets take Crossfire for example in the location I camp at. You say i'm trapping the two spawns across the street to my right (that are obstructed from my visual line of site. My understanding is that it is only trapping if there's only one exit out of the spawn and i'm picking people off as they get to that single egress point. The spawns across the street do not have a single exist. The dumpster spawn to my right is WAY to my right and I can't even see it nor am I even pointing my weapon in that direction.
If your interpretation of trapping is different than my own, then it seems the only way to play within the rules is to not stay put in any location that has a spawn anywhere in my FOV or even directly outside of it (the dumpster for example) even if there are no spawns actually visible in my FOV because it is blocked by several walls and the spawns have multiple egress points. If this is the case, your sever should be nearly empty due to bans since nearly everyone camps at one point or another with a blocked FOV to multiple spawn points, including admins and moderators. Heck, Proximity77 gave you multiple examples of this in another thread.
