let me ask this here, so00 it's ok to aim at a spawn point and kill as long as you move on, say to the next spawn point

As I don't understand the full context of your question I will just add my two cents. You cannot sit in a spot that enables you to shoot into a spawn or block the sole exit of it. When you are on the move if you come across a spawn with someone there you can shoot them. When you are running around it is quite possible that you will come across another spawn and the same applies. The issue with trolling of spawns is where they are moving from spawn to spawn and back and forth. Examples of trolling are:
Broadcast - the news room - there are two spawns there, one in the hallway towards the open plan area, one going back the other way under the stairs and one at the top. Some players will go through the spawns from the hallway - through the news room, into the area with stairs and then up.......and then cycle back between them. That it trolling spawns - the players intention is clearly to rape the spawns - they aren't spawn camping - but they have a circuit of play that is specifically targeting the spawns.
Backlot - the dreaded stairs above the garage with its 4 spawns. This is both spawn camping and spawn trolling.
If you are running around the map and in the course of it go through multiple spawns - that's just luck. Think of backlot - from that corner spawn by the dumpster - running down towards the AV and hitting the spawn on the left and turning left at the AV and hitting the spawn in the hidden alleyway and then the one by the pile of bricks. If you go that way and get all four spawns....that's just luck. Its not trolling.
If someone ever tells you that you are trolling just take stock of what you are doing. Remember admins don't have quotas of players to warn or anything like that. They see a behaviour that is unfair, against the rules and goes against the principle of the game play. I hope that helps.

Being fairly new to the gig let me add my two cents.
if I get killed by someone as I spawn I think "oh bugger". If I get killed not long after by the same person as I spawn (even if its a different spawn) I think "hmmm"
so I go to spec and watch them. If it seem they are spawn camping/trolling/farming they get called out, if it was just luck of the draw and the obviously just travelling around and I was the unlucky target, then all is good.
In answer to the specifics of your question, if someone wants to point directly at a spawn and lay in wait for a target, however long that takes, and then after that one kill, get up and move off and not troll other spawns, then that's allowed, although kind of a boring way to play.

I recorded TheShadow moving but pointing at spawns and was told by TheDragon (Not sure if he is an admin) that he was not doing anything wrong as long as he was moving.

Spank has given you a really good explanation. Could you please take another look at the summary of his words below:-

Now please relate it to the demo you have supplied.
Dragon is quite right in that TheShadow was doing absolutely nothing wrong in that particular demo. He is moving around and as he goes he came across someone in a spawn....he aimed at them and shot them and then moved on. Perfect! Does it seem right to you that he should come across someone in a spawn and simply allow them to shoot him because of it?

Hey sgt I am The Dragon. I’m pretty sure I said I was an admin when all of that went down but I may be wrong lol. Anyways thanks for the post and putting in an effort to understand the rules more clearly and I hope everyone’s posts have helped you gain a better understanding :gaming

Thanks Nighcap, I've been playing on this server I think about 4 years, so I knew that answer and was being sarcastic, that seems to be the usual play though, I have excepted that, LOL what choice do I have it is what it is. Thanks for replying anyway
