May be nothing, I'll let you guys take a look and see if this may be a mouse wheel bind or something else.  Either way his semi-autos are REALLY fast.

That was me under alias.  I can shoot really fast.  Thank you for posting though, since we want to keep our servers free of cheaters as well.
