Why do you want to join FH?: I've been lurking in the shadows for a while on this server. I have many hours on this server and I'm looking for a good clan that's active and likes to have fun.
About how many hours do you play a week?: 10+ hours a week, depends on work and whats going on in the evenings.
Skype Username: I have steam, I would prefer if I don't have to download Skype. Its a terrible application. I have Facebook, Instagram, a cellphone, steam, Discord, and SnapChat. I'm active all the time and I don't believe Skype should be a requirement.
Do you have a working mic?: I have a working microphone, you can see me on discord, or teamspeak.

How much responsibility would you like to have in the clan?: I have certainty that I can take on any responsibility that is issued to me. I'm a great worker, leader, and teacher. I have owned many clans in the in the past. I have also ran servers, community's and other events. I'm good with building websites, server maintenance, staffing and anything else you're willing to try and get me to do; I can do it.
Are you willing or able to donate?: I'm willing to donate whatever is necessary to see FH succeed.
How long have you been playing COD? I've been playing COD since the second call of duty when I was like 8 years old. Gaming is one of my pride and joys.
What other clans have you been in in the past? I've been in many of clans in the past. A few you may have even seen around in bigger servers, my servers or even FH. Heres a small list of where I've been and what I've owned.

I've also played on countless amounts of competitive teams and leagues.
What other games do you play or like? I play just about any FPS game you throw in front of me. You name it, I've probably played it. I play a lot of Dayz, Minecraft, Garry's Mod, PUBG, Fortnight and more. Started playing FPS shooters when COD came out. Played lots of DOOM and Unreal Tournament, Quake and Counter-Strike.
Additional Information: I'm a journeyman boilermaker. I have lots of time on my hands, I like to meet new people. If you guys have anymore questions feel free to fire away.

Hi Proximity77 and thanks for your application to join FH.
We have decided to decline your app based on quite a history against your player ID of homophobic comments, attitude and spawn camping / spawn trolling issues.
P.S. Skype may not be the greatest communication tool, but it is what we currently use and it is compulsory as a member of the clan. We are a tight-knit group and rely on us all being on the one platform to manage the clan.

People do things in the past and mess up. I'm not sure why there cannot be a second chance on stuff like this. So that's it? Done? No input from other members?

Sorry, but we have a large group of terrific members here and no need to put that harmony at risk. If you can prove yourself to have changed please bump this app in say 6 weeks and we may look at it again.
As far as the application input goes....we do have a solid process and other senior members are always consulted via Skype as they were today.

Yeah I read the pm. Cant actually reply to it since I don't have access. Same thing with changing my profile picture and using the shout box. I've mentioned this a few times now to other FH members and again, its swept under the rug. Id be more then happy to fix the issue if I had access. Ran forums and websites for years.
