Spec nading doesn't call for a perm ban but he'll get kicked if he does it. :)

It was mentioned that he is a repeat offender... should that not constitute at least a temp ban?

The name was almost the same as another guy that has been kicked for it. That was the first time this guy was kicked for it. He was also temp banned for 2 hours right after he got kicked. If he keeps doing it, his temp ban will become longer each time.
