Yes, I temp banned you for hacking. It was suspect, and according to our rules, I should not have banned you at all because it was suspect and not definitive.
I have since viewed the demo of you countless times and have absolutely no doubt that you are hacking or running some kind of cheat.
I move to end the debate and hand you a permanent ban based on that demo.
But, I'm only an admin of this clan and respect the views of my piers and will yield to their opinions as well.
I know many will want to chime in on this discussion and I look forward to their opine. :)

+ it is rather biased if the "others" who are also viewing said demo is from this clan or this community.
You do understand what I am saying?
Another thing I meant by community is that there are actually many different level of skillsets in cod4.
I am from a community called Promod which is designed for high-skill competitive play and not too brag, but I believe that it is out of your judgement to ban me out of suspicion with no idea what cheat I COULD be using (none), no idea who I am, or if you have any knowledge about "promod" and the many leagues that I compete in. I am not trying to make my words sound derogatory but I do believe that you have not been exposed to such expertise areas of COD4, and that you may not be as knowledgeable about the game as much as you think you do, to just ban me.
But at least be able to be definitive on what cheats you suspect I am using?
My retort is, that I am just more skilled than the average players on your server.
Anyways, I am rather frustrated that you have already chose your steadfast opinion, so i do not know if my words are doing any good..
Out of the same frustration, my attitude towards you have changed to a rather aggressive tone. I am sorry about that. I have always been a humble player on your server, and I would call myself a "regular". I did not ever expect to be banned, and even worse the reason to be "hack of some kind".
I do not know what to say, I have never expected myself to be put in this situation. But please give me a chance to change your mind, is that only fair?
I have various methods, you could use teamviewer, search my computer of all hacks and cheats.
You could watch me play every single match on your server.
I could record for you.
Anything. It doesn't matter.
I have nothing to hide.
and lastly. im sorry. I really dont know the most respectable, mature, and aware approach to this situation, but this is how i took it. I hope you do not begin to dislike me, or dislike me even more since I do look forward to continue playing on FH servers.
and firmly, the last thing I want to convict is that I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE ANY CHEATS/HACKS/ANYTHING ON CALL OF DUTY 4.

Here's your demo, you were playing as "deaf"
I was in a clan for a few years, where all we used was bolt snipers. We were a "full scope" server, no hopping, knife and bolts only. We allowed knife for close combat, to avoid the "no scope" or "hip shot" scenarios. Clan is {BsO} Bolt Snipers Only. It was one of the best if not the best bolt server in COD 4. Just google my name, you will see my old threads in the clan. They moved to all BF and I didn't follow.
Anyway, I was one of the best in the world for full scope bolt action. Not tooting my horn, it was just a lot of practice and patients that gave me success. And I know a thing or two about the bolt action rifles, M40A3 and R700. I know how they kick, I know how they respond, I know how accurate they can be and how fast, etc.
So, you're not dealing with a noob, and the weapon you chose to cut it up in killhouse was a dead give away to your hacks/cheats, at least it was to me using that particular gun.
For one, no one can move that fast and be accurate. Trust me, I know, not with a bolt.
No one can pick up a target, aim and shoot, and be as accurate as you are without some kind of assistants. It's just not humanly possible.
You shoot, take an opponent out, nearly blindly, swivel 180 degree, take out another opponent, again nearly blind, and then back to another blindly take him out, in just over 1 second??? With a bolt??? Yeah, I don't think so..
But, that wasn't even what really caught my attention, I might just be able to explain that away due to talent, ok fine...
But there's more..
What caught my attention, is there is no adjustment for windage and elevation in your shots. No overage, no underage.. perfect every-time. You never over compensate on your rotations. Just in general: When a player, any player, spins, and then sites, and shoots, there's nearly always over compensation, because the player wants to turn and shoot and just naturally, through excitement, or urgency, they over correct on their target to perceive the entire field of view and to square. It is a natural handicap within the game, and in life actually. In order to square the target, the field of view needs to be evaluated, then square, then shoot. Overages on your windage is natural, but you have none.
There is also no overage or out-adjust on your elevations.. again, perfect every time.. And that's just simply not possible..
Now most of that may be due to the fact you hip shoot all over the map, and maybe that's just your "style". Ok fine, but there are 3 shots in that demo, that can not be explained... No way you new they were there, no chance to react, just muzzle goes right to them and you shoot and get them. The one crazy shot that got you temp banned and seals the deal for me is just before I kicked you.. Head shot through the crates.. there's no way to explain it. Your muzzle dials in and you shoot, head shot... Not possible..
Not possible on your swivel base, not possible on your reactions, not possible in that map and with that weapon.. simply not human...
Simply in my opinion, a hack or a cheat ...

My goodness, i see you have put in time and work into this ad hoc thread to discuss my ban. I'm sorry but hearing that made me very happy haha. It felt like a compliment but i ask you to come to the servers i play on often. Promod sniping is completely different from regular cod and i am very beknownst for well sniping in a portion of the community.
My rebuttal to your long and well presented reply is:

I will not hesitate to show you or others the skill i had presented in the demo. While recording or even live streaming.
Unless however you have seen enough to judge my skills or "hacks".
I too have been playing cod for a good time not only that but experienced in the fps genre.
I am boastful and i take pride in my skill as i have spend a lot of time playing to hone my skills.
You should be able to tell that not just my aim is well formed but also my movement. Everything about me is rather abnormal right? I am higher skilled..
I am not a sh*tty kid who uses cheats nor am I your average player.
I am just a good player. I didn't want to sound cocky but it seems this is the only way to explain it. I am just a good player....
I don't want to call you ignorant because that would sound horrible. So instead right now i'll say you are confused or you lack aware/extensive knowledge of cod4. You do not know how i move so fast or how i shoot do fast. A person that does not understand this is to me, unacceptable. Those aspects are universal fundamentals of the skill gap from normal cod to competitive cod. Please do some research on not just me but the community i play in. I have seen things you have never seen before. I mean it when i say competitive play.
The reason i move so fast is because of FPS. FPS in cod4 affects a lot of things. How fast you move... how high you jump.. and how silent you can move.. and strafing.. can you strafe?
The reason i can shoot so fast is because of double tap. simple as that. just that.. its natural instinct to many players.
but I invite you to play with me in some of my favorite servers, and the skill gap there is HUGE if you are unbeknownst/or un-experienced with promod.
I may be a good player however I am not the best.. not even close.
HOWEVER, since this thread is being viewed public on the forums. I have to be able to do something that will SWAY my entire audience that believes I cheat. I could live stream and play as well. Let me know!

i am currently watching the demo and wow.. I am horrible hahaaha..
this is not me at my best at all. just wanted to let you know.
everything i do.. its what i called "technique"
also i not dumb enough to hack. Or even dumber to hack when i KNOW you're watching. most of the things I may have done in the demo was DELIBERATE. I knew you were spectating so I did think I was trying to show off in a way.
but wow, that was not even my good day. Now that I have watched the demo the only thing I would have suspected of my self would be wallhack. But I have really good intuition, and killhouse is a small and easy map, that can explain itself.
but ouwee. I have never recorded a demo of myself before, because I never really needed too but it was nice to watch.
I know i sound cocky but I don't care, I feel really good right now because of what you have said to me. I did not know I was going to grab your attention that much. sigh. im such a show off..
but no i dont cheat..... A more appropriate way to put it as you have said is that Its talent.
i am not good with words so the best thing i can do is show you what I can do, but like i said im not the best. im just good.

To affirm your former comment - thank you, yes, we do take a lot of time in this, collectively as a clan, to keep our servers and our guests free to play the game, absent sneaking hackers; some obvious, some not so obvious. Some covert, some overt, but they all wind up in the hacker trash bin.... eventually.
And pats on the back to all in the clan who do take the time, which is all of us - much appreciated! It's a thankless job! :beer1111111:

Interesting freudian slip there - on the former ... and you don't impress me, for the latter.
It begs the question: would you hack if you KNEW no one was watching??? Sounds to me like you have a hack that sometimes functions and sometimes doesn't.. audience dependent, of course.
And then there's this gold nugget.... You truly talk too much.. or, en vino veritas?? Either way, perk #2 in COD 4 allows for double tap OR slight of hand.... Not both.. not both...Please explain how you are clearly using both???

check me for hacks using teamview. have me live stream lol..

stop... if that applies then i shouldnt have been hacking when you were recording that demo?...........................
right. no hacks shouldve been on with that logic in mind and you shouldnt have been impressed like you said, but wow, i still got banned??... ok... The same logic would not apply, would it? It would psychologically make no sense for me to hack and even when you are spectating more specifically.

I never did anything wrong.. This is why I didn't want to post a ban appeal, all i wanted to see was the demo, and you said I would have to post a ban appeal for that. I was fine with the way it was. I was happy. The server was fine. I saw no need for it, but you urged me into posting this ban appeal (since it was the only way for me to see the demo that led to my ban..) and now you are confronting me with BS.
I dont cheat... You are taking me out of my comfort zone, I do not want to have a nasty appearance in a public forum. Like I said before, I take pride in my skills. I do not hack. Accusing me like this is irritating.

sorry that was a mistake. I meant double tap as in double switching. Double tapping the switch button??? You do know double switching helps you shoot faster? you see how i say "natural instinct"? thats what i meant by DOUBLE TAPPING. double tapping the switch button.. which lots of players do...

Let's take this thread and solely focus it on my demo.
First thing i noticed... I MISS A MILLION SHOTS. Like i have said earlier THIS IS NOT EVEN MY BEST. How is it that I still got banned?
Was it because of the few shots I actually did hit? ...
Why can I shoot so fast?
Ok, you see the way my weapon sways back and forth sometimes? Thats because I'm double switching (along with sprinting and crouching at times). When I double switch, I am able to shoot faster, and to cancel the long "AIM DOWN SIGHT animation" by immediately zooming in after I have double switched.
Why is it that my scope is perfect every time? Because thats skills again...
QUICKSCOPE. I have my own style of it. I do not scope in and then proceed to move my scope to the target.
The way I do it is that I AIM at my target FIRST before I scope in. (after playing fps genre for a while, I have good aim, thats all i can tell you. good aim and a perfect sense of where the middle of my screen is.)
Anyways i have to go for a bit so i will continue reviewing my demo at a later time today. this is all i have for now

Just because it is what you believe to be impossible, it is not at all fair to simply justify what you cannot fathom as cheats.
Which proves another point. YOU'RE NOT SEEING ANY HACKS. Its like those times where you just CANT BELIEVE what you're seeing. You recognized it as talent, but then you still can't believe it. You have no other explanation except HACKS. Thats the only piece of evidence you have to ban me with! Thats unreasonable!!!!!
ALL MY SHOTS THAT HIT ARE ON POINT.... If I had aim assist like Roccat, then it just wouldn't be right! My shots are correctly aligned.
ITS NOT AIMBOT... No twitching, no sketchy gun/scope... just smooth aim......
Bolts aside, i am skilled in many other different arms and i could like i repeated many times, show you. I CAN SHOW YOU. ITS NOT CHEATS. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT GOOD. I can take you to another server, I can show you videos, the cod4 community is VERY BIG and you probably have only seen HALF of it.

I have attached a SHORT video of where I was being accused for hacks. (this is just to show the skill gap and it is just a recording that shows me just playing a casual game)
I am being supported by a player I do not know who chats in the beginning of the video and says "Its promod kid" (this shows the well-natured view of the promod community)
I believed I was being accused by a player who I believe was new to the community. (just showing the skill gap)
Note 1: This video was created in 6/11/2013, a very long time ago which shows that I am experienced.
Note 2: I am playing under my Promod screen name : taiga' (Which is one of the names under my aliases)
Note 3: BUT MAINLY the point of me showing this video is to really only to provide a clip of me playing COD4 casually and to show me sniping and construing the same ability shown in KILRBKILD'S demo. Its nothing big really... Its not hacks... Its nothing out of the ORDINARY.
note 4: also its a wmv, i dont have any demo's really. because I don't play to record, but i did have at least this one clip. (i believe i was re-recording a demo)
note 5: this is casual game play, you can have me record as many videos as you want from now on. I can do as you like to prove that I am not a hacker.

If this smart ass comment was directed at kilrbkild for doing his job or myself and crypto for crypto saying we were on the edge of banning you before i would highly suggest you use caution who you are directing your smart ass comments at. and for the life of me i cant fathom why such a 1337 super pro player is wasting his time playing reg old ffa when he can be out there gaming it on with the CALL OF DUTY 4 elite.
