4 boys here Spank.   We could have a clan just between our children haha.

Some funny quotes by those ladies Striker.  Child birth is one reason I'm glad I'm a man and not female.

In this day and age of fertility I have been rather blessed.  I do however wish I could afford them all :o

Damn Bill 4 boys lol - I prefer girls they are so quiet and easy

Hell if I had teenage girls, I would probably die from stress every time one of them went out of the house,or on a date. I would put that date to a line of questioning, He would think he was in a police line up....LOL

On the serious side;
I have a lot of respect for parents, it's a whole helluva  lot of responsibility and a challenge that I was not even prepared nor matured enough to undertake.
When it comes to challenges, I was in the Marine Corps, 4th Recon Batt 1st marine Div., A Forest Ranger, supervisor for a 16 man elite specialized hotshot firefighting crew, comparable to your smoke jumpers, flying all over the western U.S.on major fires, not scared very often, had some close calls. But having and raising kids always scared the shit out of me. I guess I saw how responsible and caring my parents were as teachers.

I salute all the RESPONSIBLE Mom and dads out their. They are truly a asset to every community we live in.

                                               No... I am not into politics or running for office.

Hahaha.  I trained some 1st Recon on Camp Lejeune with specific Comm. gear.  They are some serious hard chargers.
I think being a Marine helped me become a better parent and being a parent also helped me become a better Marine.  Both are stressful jobs that come with a lot of responsibility  that humble you and teach you humility and patience.

BTW Striker there's a decent sized Forest fire here in Virginia all of the authorities are fighting.  You could see the smoke whirling across the mountains with the wind we've had.
