I would appreciate you removing a mute ban. I only did one thing and a certain admin just doesn't seem to like me. I said to a player late at night nice cheats... his name was sandazz or something similar... I've been muted ever since... I did say later that he wasn't cheating he wasn't that good after all. Then F1a later said I talk to much and I was banned for talking automatically. Your forum says it is a place for fun. I like your server and played on it with Iron chef years ago and just started playing again a few months ago. I am sorry if I offended but you all can understand in the heat of the moment that when you get killed in spawn over and over you think something is up. I ran a DOD server for 10 years ranked top ten in the world so I do recognize when things are up. Please accept my apology and remove the mute and give me some leeway for a while on your server. Please don't be quick to judge. I enjoy playing here and enjoy your players... there are a lot of good people here. I'm sorry. (an old man getting a triple bypass in 2 weeks... not myself the past couple of weeks... yes... im 57... old dude..lol This is a good outlet for me). It sucks getting old. I hope you fix this and thank you so much. And I know that accusing is one of your rules not to do... I forget how to record even though I've played for years. Again, Please go easy on me. I'm trying to learn all about your clan. Again, thank you!

I have muted you for 2 weeks after I had asked you to calm down and told you his play was clean yet you kept at it man. The bot auto warns players after you enter text when muted which results in short temp bans after 3 warnings. Your mute will remain for the 2 weeks. If your temp bans add up during this period of time, it may result in further action.
Please consider that on our homepage we exclaim that:
"The clan has two major goals: Provide a fun, clean gaming experience for everyone involved; as well as provide a place that higher skilled players may connect and play without being unfairly ridiculed or banned. "
I understand your angst but there are other ways of going about someone you suspect of cheating. You can press the tilde(~)key and type "/record"(to record demo of player your spectating then tilde(~), /stoprecord when finished and submit demo here on the forums or grab an admins attention if you notice one on. Remember the server is meant for players of all skill levels to have a fun place to play. Let this 2 weeks reflect on your past behavior I'll list for you in hopes that your attitude and gameplay on server will change:

Please keep in mind that these things occurred over 3 months with roughly 130 visits while I was learning spawns and rules. I guess you put me in my place. Feel better?
I'll accept the ban and am guessing you have it out for me and have intentions of doing more from what you've just said. Please don't look for trouble from me. It might help as an "exec pro" to listen to players once and a while and explain whats going on. (I didn't see you post any vids of his play or heard about you watching him to see if I was even right) instead of being so quick to kick or ban. It seems like you have so many admin privys that anyone that crosses anyone the player is imediatedly ganged up on then dealt severely. Now that I know this I will watch myself. And yes.... it sucks to be stereotyped when after all the years I ran servers I can tell a cheat when I see one. Did you even notice that his play changed when I accused him and he realized you were in there? It sure did... suddenly I was killing him left and right. Ok Hope to see you guys again someday. Sorry If I pissed you off. I just feel my side is as important as your side when im being punished. PS.. You might want to look into the whole clay thing... you guys have let people get away with it for weeks after you accused me and taught me the rules... they should have to follow them too.

Sorry for being blunt... I'm a little old for this drama... I just want fair play with fun people same as you.
I do enjoy playing with you live... bulldog, iron,, etc. I hope you give me the benefit of the doubt next time and at least spec them. I will demo when I have to. Thanks for reminding me how to do it.

It's not a ban. Just a mute. We just want a friendly environment for all. There's no ill will towards you. As an admin, I'm unbiased and try to enforce the rules we have. There were 3 admins spectating that player. His play was clean during that map and the one prior.

Saying Live has it out for you couldn’t be further from the truth. The ONLY penalty he has given is this mute. Also, mutes and bans are not the same. You can play with the mute, but you cannot talk. On our servers, the best way to inform us of a hacker is not by calling them out, as a hacker may toggle off if you do so. Instead, take a demo and post it on these forums, so we can take a look. Now, you say that you can “tell a cheat when you see one” due to your past experience running servers. Would that same experience not apply to spawn locations? We’ll see you on the server.

So last night I played for the first time in a while and everyone was so kind. I played again today and said hello to Iron and a few others and followed all the rules. This evening at 900 pm I was on a map with bulldog and ran from my spawn point and took up position near the street and started to kill about 6 people. Suddenly I was banned by bulldog for spawn camping and i wasnt in spawn or shooting at a spawn point. In fact a spawner could have easily come from the side and killed me. I said wtf I just started a few minutes ago and you are banning me already. I didnt spawn camp (btw i was told recently that you could shoot people in spawn and you would not be punished which really surprised me but that isnt what I did anyway). So he then mutes me... WTF I was so impressed that you guys were being fair then bulldog got admin happy... no warning.. no proof.. just pissed cause I shot him when he ran down an alley. I call bullshit. Can't you guys just let me play and get your admins to please stop being so quick to punish? I don't want to offend because i Love your site but I gaurantee you I was not at a spawn point... I was not shooting into spawn... and I was never warned. Double punishment for doing nothing and trying to follow the rules. This is getting old fast. I took my punishment before like a man... but I don't appreciate being snap judged when I am following the rules.
I get my open heart surgery friday so I probably won't be playing for a while anyway. Bulldog...I've never been anything but respectful to you...grow up and be a decent admin. wtf dude? It's not me... I am trying.

Ham, you were only kicked not banned. You were free to enter server right after that kick. As far as that mute Bulldog entered, it was only for 1 minute for arguing, although it was intended for an hour. You're free to enter server to play and also use the chat function. Calling an Admin a "jerk" as your chatlog shows does not bode well considering your previous history which is what you were muted for arguing with admin.
There are other ways to go about a disagreement with any admin's decision on server. You can ask for clarification/explanation and try to reason with us in server or just come here and voice your concerns. Insulting someone is not going to go well to further your case.

They moved my surgery to the 11th. I just wanted to sincerely thank all of you for the well wishes. Good people are the reason that I love to play here. Thanks for all your kindness. You all have taken a lot of stress away giving me something to do while I wait for open heart surgery. God bless and thank you again. I see now that my being so crabby was me and not any of you.
