Hi FH Community,
Today i got a mute, form your Admin Nightcap. Around 16 o clock European time.
On the map district.
He killed me with a tube, in a spawn, where i just spawned. He saw me, it was not blind tube.
I mentioned this issue in game. That he could just say sorry for this. His answers were, spawn kill is allowed.
As far as i learned on this server, It is not allowed to tube a spawn area,, when players just spawn there and leave.
So, i was very polite, Showed him the Area i spawned. Explained the situation.
The last thing i said, after winning the game... He just could have said sry.
Then i got a mute.For the reason hax accusation!.
So, i think u noticed, that i play fair, follow the rules. And i play a lot on this server.
But showing an admin an issue, which i believe, he did wrong, against the rules. Leaded to mute.
Please, if any Admin can watch this case. And review the situation.
I dont want that my history of mute/bans gets bigger. I dont want to risk to loose the ability to play here.
I dont know how to upload a picture here. So the map was District. West part of the Map. Nightcap stood on the stairs. I spawned inside the house.
Directly in spawn area, leaving it. He tubed me.

I know it is not a big thing, what happened. But the mute appears as a big thing for me, especially when it biggers my history.

I explain you insist. I explain again and u insist. bit fed up of leaving game to explain three times. so muted cause I know u will come to the forum and bother admins
So here it goes again.
Spawn Kill is allowed. I walked up stairs see u standing in the middle of the room and tubed you. end of story. attached picture for further detail.
As mentioned in chat I will not discuss what I saw and did not see.

I spawned, was about to leave spawn directly. U saw me, and tubed me.
So, to clear it. It helps me. Is it allowed to tube a player, which spawns, when u see them, by tube?
And, yes, i asked 1 admin, Mits, via Discord, to view this case. I hope i did not bothered him, by asking him this.
At the end, i now got a mute. In my history. For "haxcusation" . Which will be seen. Some day. For this.....
Maybe u can delete this mute from my history.

Marsartus , Would like to respond to the TECHNICAL subject portion of your post and not the subject of being muted if I may . Many years back when I first joined the FH , I was called for the very same thing from where FH Nightcap tubed you from. ( top of the stairs ). Target was in the front and middle location of the room, and the target was a excutive admin. LOL Now here is where your attention needs to be. The spawn point in that room is located against the back wall, right hand corner, 10 to 15 feet away, completly hidden from a shooter located on the stairs. That room has three entrances, (direction) from which a opposing player can enter that room, beside a player coming from the spawn... Now let me explain in detail about the rule about tubes in spawns. A spawning player becomes fair game if he is defending the spawn, exiting spawn after defending. Defitnition of defending the spawn... spawning player is aiming , (Weapon is being aimed from the sholder) , player is sitting, kneeling or laying down, or throwning nades. Don't see how a player can shoot, tube or nade the spawn from the stairs position !

I thought Nightcap did the mute. I hoped he will delete the mute in history.
