My in game name: guts
The date & time of my ban: December 19th ( I think I was playing yesterday now ban permanent and its now the 20th)
The reason I was banned: I cannot find out why I was banned. I looked through the list of "why were you banned?" and couldn't find my name.
My explanation of the appeal: I'm hoping to figure out what I did wrong and hopefully find a solution to whatever that problem might be. Also just to clarify while I was playing I did not see any warning of any kind directed towards me.

Hi Guts - type "shift+~" to open the console, and type /pb_myguid to retrieve it.

For some reason the command doesn't work for me. Could it be because punkbuster is disabled? If so I cannot enable it i've been trying to and it keeps reverting to "Punkbuster Enabled: No"

Okay I've fixed my punkbuster now and I can confirm that that is the wrong guid that Pear was looking at. the last eight digits of mine is 75230ec5.

The ban on that GUID is from January 11, 2013 while you were under the alias "BobDaBwildah". The admin who issued that ban is no longer with us, as such the ban will be lifted. Feel free to play again with either one of your CD keys.
