I was playing crossfire late at night and using 1 shot g3. I was on a long kill streak and more often then not some admin/mod is spec me cause I'm doing fairly well. All the sudden i get a warning for spawn kill which made no sense to me. I keep playing trying to ignore it but then i get another warning. Spankeem warns me twice in a row for "spawn killing" when i wasn't even aiming at a spawn in the first place. And second of all the players i was shooting were trying to kill me cause i was already on a long kill streak and it was a small lobby cause it was late. They were coming to me! Anyways two warnings in a row for something i wasn't doing or being explained of is ridiculous.

Sorry for the late response - I live in the Southern Hemisphere and went to be not long after that.

To aid the discussion I have created a crap paintshop image.  There were two spawn clays (red circles), and then from three seperate positions (yellow squares) you spawn camped two different spawns (green boxes) angles of fire shown as red lines.

So first off I walked into a spawn between two buildings and died.  So I spectated you.  You camped at the desk at the top of the map set a claymore facing the coat rack in the corner and went to move off to the . Chat log:

Then having watched you annoy one of the spawns from two different locations you moved off into the sniper house and looked right across the road aiming into another spawn and killed someone as they spawned.  Chat log:

I wasnt spectating you because you were doing well, I got killed by a claymore in spawn and then spectated you and the above occurred.

Just follow the 9 simple server rules and everything will be fine:

In-game Rules
- No racism of any kind
- Use of any cheats will see you permanently banned
- Please be respectful
- No recruiting for your clan, your server, or anything else
- No advertising or spamming of websites or servers
- Please refrain from excessive cursing
- The use of Martydom or Last Stand is NOT allowed
- Do not bind your 'fire' key to the scroll wheel
- Camping is allowed, spawn camping/trolling is not (claying,nading,tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed)
- Glitching, except for elevators, is allowed as long as the following is true:
             - You can be seen
             - You can be killed

Alright Spankeem you did not rule me for the spawn clay. I put that  clay there because i was trying to protect me from people going up the stairs. I completely forgot that there was a spawn there which was why i quickly admitted I was wrong as the messages say. The warnings started 5 minutes later when i was on the other side of the map. Second of all (while on the other side of the map), i was on i think a 10 kill streak almost 15 and when they spawned across the road in that building there are two windows that they can go to look out. Where i was you can not see that spawn as it is behind a wall. The enemy players spawn and come stand in the windows and try to shoot me because of my long killstreak. Its pretty simple. In no way was i spawn killing. On top of that you didn't even type anything in chat about that before you warned me twice in a row if i remember correctly. Also, to be blunt I'm a very good player and I know exactly what I'm doing and it is not spawn killing. Thank you

I did note that there were a couple of guys that walked into the next window frame and you shot them - fair shots.  But you moved so you were looking into the spawn window frame.  The other area where you were spawn camping you were looking straight across the road into the destroyed door frame killing people as they tried to move out.  You can argue you were trying to kill people as they moved in, however as its a spawn you shouldn't be camping looking into it.

If you have concerns about an admin decision perhaps you should record your game play.  In future where you are concerned Ill ensure any warnings are made with demo as well.
