[Tal-Sniper]

Recently I was on a map where I was near a spawn area. I came around the corner and an FH member had just spawned and came towards me...I shot them. I did so because I know I would have been shot.
I was then told I was spawn camp killing...this is something I never do.

In the scenario mentioned above...what should I have done?

This was the first time anyone ever accused me of being a spawn camp killer.
I just want to clear this up so I know what to do next time.

P.S. In the past I have not been a run and gun person. AS my name indicates...I usually snipe on a sniper server. I must admit I am having fun...but it's a lot of work for an old guy to keep up with...pressing all the right buttons and stuff

Free for all game types make it so that you are always near a spawn. Because of this we are lenient to spawn killing and don't penalize for it. There is unfortunately no way to avoid it in a full FFA server.

Based on your description I would say you are okay and not to worry about it.

I'm going to assume that the admin who told you that you were spawn killing was the same admin that you killed. If so, would you mind sending me a private message and giving me more details about this?

Watched and played with you on a number of occasions, your in-game behaviour is commendable and perhaps the Admin's 'suggestion' may have been
a bit impatient.
As Pear suggested, it's unavoidable on occasions, provided you're not camped.
My advice?
don't be discouraged, make a note of the Admin's name but be careful not to argue in-game.
We'll always do our best to sort it out for you, or any other player that feels wrongly accused.

I was the Admin that picked you up on this. I was watching you for sometime earlier as well and after this. You were camping in that area and allowing NO exit from the spawn. Other  than that some of your camping spots are not allowing the Spawns to have any way out. Please allow an exit point of spawn.
Spawn Killing happens yes just please allow spawns a exit.
