You are right Mits about SOME players being reluctant about downloading maps.
But I know a lot of players do, with no reservations.
It takes more of and incentive to move players than reducing the time limits of maps.
Most all of you know, it takes time to populate a server and I know as I am sure most of you do. No one stays on a empty server.
