Hey Frozen thanks for posting that here.  I watched the video you have posted and am not sure about the following occurrances/times:

The UAV called at 6.28 aprox - you dont  appear to call it with your claymore clacker.....it starts up seemingly on its own accord - IGNORE THIS ONE - CLEARED UP YOU DONT SEE A CLACKER
6.49 you get an airstrike after youve called a helicopter - i thought if you hit the helo it cleared the count.  You then kill three people in a row without dying and dont get a UAV?
9.11 you kill three to 4 people since spawning and dont get a UAV
13.29 4 kills no UAV offered
15.13 3 kills in a row no UAV offered
15.45 up to 4 or 5 kills with no UAV offered
16.23....suddenly gets a UAV after a 3 killstreak (why not on the others?)
18.07 3 kills no uav offered
20.47 3 kill streak no uav offered

As there are no other FH guys online I cant talk to them about it so have posted the above points for them to consider and for you to review and provide feedback if you care to.

6:49, The helicopter currently in the air during that time isn't mine, I used a UAV, I get 7 kills and get helicopter, I die without using it. 7:03 Killed by Dar3D3Vil 7:09 Killed by Dar3D3Vil 7:16-7:40 Killed Dar3D3Vil, Amy and Jazz. I do not get a UAV since I still haven't used my helicopter.

9:11 Still have my Helicopter, Haven't used it yet. Dies at 09:21 with 5 kills.

15:45 I still haven't used my Helicopter.
15:56 I get a 7 Killstreak and Get a new Helicopter which I use right as I spawn. I totally forgot about my helicopter. So I forgot about my heli and didn't use it.
16:05-16:20  Killed Jazz, STS and trex and receive UAV, since now I have used my Helicopter and lower killstreaks are open.
16:53 Helicopter not available. 17:03 10 killstreak. (Sound also screws up around this part) 17:40 looks up at helicopter that isn't mine.
18:07 Still haven't used my helicopter.
20:33-21:14 Still haven't used my helicopter. Killed Dar3D3Vil, Amy, trex, Amy, Sergey, Jazz, Sergey (Gets New Helicopter Again which i use) and kills |KRT|JasminE
21:14-21:21. Runs in to building and up the stairs and game ends.
Also I'm sorry about my squeaky chair if you had sound on.

So the UAV not showing up is due to me forgetting that I had helicopters...twice.

Im just gona come out and ask you Frozen. Are you using any Game assists to give yourself an unfair advantage ?  i have played you quite a few times and you run HOT and COLD, in meaning sometimes i can be all over you and get the win and other times you snipe me from the hip from across the map. I have seen the Roccat Hack comments and others calling wallhack etc etc and i will be honest i to am very sus on your game play. If you are / were using an unfair game assist then i hope you would stop. If your not well we can move on. I find you very polite and fun in the servers. The Question is do i believe your using Game assist or a Hack ? from what i have seen i do think your triggering something on and off at times and have or are using constant Uav. Now saying that i do enjoy gaming with you when i believe we are on level playing grounds and like i said above your polite and friendly. 
also if you can record demos of your games , open console and type /record (DEMO-NAME-HERE)      to stop recording just type /stoprecord
it will help quite a bit.....

i would also like to say thanks for doing the video.

Would you count a headset (Logitech G35) that gives me 7.1 digital surround? Other then that I don't use anything and haven't used anything.
The comments about me doesn't bother me, I take them as compliments. I appreciate the time you took to write this and your honesty about this and I also appreciate everyone's patience, since there is quite a lot of demo recordings of me (if I understood that correctly) which must have taken quite sometime to go over and review, which must have been quite enduring. I do thank everyone that did this, since its shows that decisions are evaluated and aren't taken lightly.

Yea I could record my gameplay, shouldn't be a problem. I could probably narrate my gameplay in real-time if someone wants to listen or ask me questions while im playing that doesn't require me to type it.

nah frozen im the type of guy that takes your word for it. if you are honest and you tell my your clean then i will go with that. i would record a few demos over the next while just to post if some1 is calling hax.  other than that you have told me your clean which is good for me.

This is why FH is a great place to play.  On most other servers Frozen would be banned (wrongly) because of suspicion.  Thanks for the honest communication and videos and +1 to Apoc!

You can still cheat while being recorded on camera. Hacks can be loaded into the exe of the game.
