Looks like he was going to spawn camp, but none was actually present in the demo itself. Both spawn camping and last stand we start out with warnings and kicks which result in short temporary bans to allow for adjustments on the player's side of things, which for the most part he hasn't got yet.
I will add a notice against his account though, so he will get flagged every time he joins. If you decide to post your other demos I'll definitely take a look at those too and readjust if needed. Thanks for helping keep an eye out for the server!
