This guy looks really suspicious to me. I am, by no means, a great player. But, he had a higher ping than I usually do and was running the board consistently with scores like 100-23. I recorded a pretty long demo. There are several times where he seems to know where a person is through a wall.  Others, he's definitely seeing and/or hearing them. There's one kill right before the end of the round that looks particularly hokie. I dunno guys, just thought I'd stick it up and let y'all make the call. He may just be a really good player, but he was throwing up red flags for me.

I raised the limit for a single file size, should be high enough for a full round demo. If it's close but still a bit too large you could zip it (right-click, 'Send To' > 'Compressed (zipped) folder' assuming you're on Windows), too.

From my past uses it usually saves 30 - 40% on file size

Out of curiosity, was this the original demo you tried to upload? Only reason I ask is because 2.4 MB shouldn't have caused you any trouble, I believe the threshold before was over 6MB :(

Anyhow, I'd say the demo is clean. Like you observed, he is very reactive to sources of sound, and not limited to just footsteps. He also regularly called in his UAVs and made good use of them while they were up.
