you explain what SC and others are. thank you for writing long explanation. I read all.
but I think as you realised. these are very difficult to define in actual game play. if all of player is runner and never stop, this will be easier.
and I also know you are one of stoic rule keeper.
maybe only way how everyone can learn what SC and other are is to take video and show them. that word you wrote is not enough to define what they are.
Why I said that is some admins do similar play as me. I think it is impossible to manage with your level of the definition. It is too strong definition
So i can advise to you how mange these.
1. SC: stay exactly same place and point to spawn point. and he can see other spawn and shoot.
2. trolling: a. the player move and watch few spawn points periodically.
b. the player saw someone spawn and shoot.
If the player arrived place to be able to watch spawn point, and spawner already start moving. the player can kill the spawner. because the spawner already move and there is enough time to kill the player. it should not be trolling.
If I said above, I know it is very difficult to imagine. only can show in real game play.
but If all of player must follow your definition, it means this server do not allow camp.
I used to stay one house and keep moving in the house. I never stay one point like laid down the point. and when I move, I can see many spawn point same as runner.
if you say this is trolling, anyway, I am not person can play on this server and leave.
but you need to realise differences between what you want to make player keep and the game system.
game system do not allow your stoic definition. so no choice, you need to change your definition or remove all camper.
I am sure SC and trolling with your definition never disappear and most problem is admin never released discussing what is SC and trolling and never converge the definition within admins.

SC problem: very simple. admin watch and if i guilty, just warn as i said few days ago post.
Terminator problem: I do not allow and do not understand terminator can start and say curse word. but not me.
he started every time as i said too many time. if he do not do this, my word problem is never happen.
and All of admin in this server, decided to ban only me. I understand this is same situation black and white, asian and european, minority and majority.
I already give up Admins understand this. but last explanation as example....
- 8 years kids keep continue tell you curse word or word he do not authorised.
- he never stop it over HALF YEAR.
- you can not talk to him face to face.
- many person watch what he said. maybe someone misunderstand what you are.
- he watch your life from you can not see. and keep saying.

to save terminator who started this problem and you added another problem convince with this and kicked me.
I understood I and you live in another ethics, moral, point of view. and I never allow someone keep continue curse word to me.
and this server allow him to do it.
