Definately a waller, some of those scans are outrageous.
Thanks for bringing him to our attention.
Also, next time you see a cheater, tell the admin on duty to check the website, and inform him using the shoutbox on the front page. It helps us catch the cheaters in the act and Arsonist would have been able to ban him on the spot.

Has he been taken care of?

I am at work, but if it hasn't been, I'll take a look at the demo and perm ban.  Sounds like we have the proof in the demo.
