I've noticed on this server that while the xl stats are working properly, the ranking numbers continue to stay the same. Anyone else seeing this? 

There was a bug/error that was happening in xlrstats that was consuming all of the time allowed for an event to sit in the event queue in b3.  Basically,
xlrstats was causing a delay with the bot and commands.
