Spankeem, I was trying to get unbanned but after I replied to you the conversation went cold. I don't know if I made good points, if you are trying to get me to wait out my ban, or something else. You are probably one of the most suspicious admins I have seen in any game server ever. Trying to get me to talk when I was muted? Did you really expect me to think you would see my muted messages? I don't even know if that is possible. Furthermore I attempted a reply to you, to no avail. The only other thing I can think is if I used team chat or didn't actually message at all, both unlikely.

I am done playing on the FH server. Please do not ban the other GUID, as that is my brother.

I would like to say that CouchSweat was a pretty cool admin. Even after arguments he was quite mature to treat me like it never happened. It would probably be rare to see Couch holding a grudge. Thanks for being a cool one Couch.

Spankeem lots of admins on various platforms are very stuck up. Their little bit of power makes them feel excessively important and superior. These kinds of people often enjoy using their wonderful powers, taking every opportunity they get to exercise it. You seem like one of these people.

Spankeem is actually one of the most lenient and nicest admins I have ever come across ever in my 20 years of playing games. We expect a certain maturity level in the server as I would say at least 90% or more of the players in the server are adults. We also run a family friendly server which is why your chat was not acceptable and a mute was placed on you. In spankeem's last post he said "I want you to have a think about whether or not you can lay off the inappropriate conversation about sexual orientation.  If you can, Ill unban you but you can live with the mute for a month.  If you cant both will stay.  So the balls in your court." . So in that sense you can very easily be unbanned and play again with the mute in action still of course but as he said the ball is in your court. So either you can choose to use a more mature tone in the server and play again or you could have fun on other games the choice is yours.

You act like their aren't other servers. Servers with nicer admins. I already said I'm done, so why do you think I would want to raise my ban? Your admin bias is laughable, zMan. I also find it interesting that you aren't mentioning any of the points I made, valid points pointing to a not so valid ban. This is the last time I will engage here.

Again, thank you FH for all the good times, but due to part of the adminship here I will not continue to play on the FH server.

There are plenty of other servers but none as great or as popular as FH, my admin bias is laughable...? how so. I'm not being biased at all. I have known spankeem for almost 5 years now so I know him a lot better than you do and I speak nothing but truths. I didn't mention any of the points you brought up because I was not the admin that banned you I was only commenting to let you know you were given the option to continue playing on our servers. you're ban was valid. we don't accept that kind of chat in the server and I'm sure you would have had that explained to you before the mute was placed on you. You continued to not follow the simple rules in place or heed admin messages to you and that fault is no ones but you're own. Like I said previously you were given the opportunity to decide for yourself and I guess you have made you're choice. Have a good day and farewell.

Hey Dank the reason I stopped the conversation was that you asked questions I had already answered and I wanted to give you the time to re-read my post.  There was no power trip involved - just a conscious decision to make you take a look at the matter to understand it.  If you had come back saying hey I've re-read it and understand then I would have removed the ban.  Balls back in your court, I'm not going to perma-ban you so you are welcome to play again once the ban expires.  If you do, please remember the server rules and have a think about engagement with admins and how you want to be perceived by others.  Admins administer the rules on the server to ensure everyone has fun.  We don't do this "job" because it comes with some "god-like" status, we do it because we enjoy the game and the relationships we foster in doing so.

Dank, I don't know what preceded your encounter with Spankeem, so I cannot comment on that. However, you and I have had to talk before regarding conduct and language. It took you a few days to warm up to the server rules, and I figured you got it at that point. Not sure why you decided to push the boundaries after that.

I can also assure you that Spankeem is a fair judge when it comes to his admining capabilities. You talk about admins as if we have power trips, and that simply isn't the case. We'd rather be playing in a match than having to remind/warn folks of the rules. I think you view us admins as some nefarious authority figures, and respond to us in a fairly rude manner (i.e.: dumb dumb) because you probably have an issue with authority, even though we are merely trying to make the server fun for everyone, not punish people. We don't get paid, we don't get prizes, our only reward is maintaining a fun and warm environment for clan members and guests alike.

When you were following the rules I found you to be an enjoyable guest, I wouldn't mind seeing you return to that, as there were some good laughs and fun moments.
