You were temporarily banned for a period of 1 week expiring Sat, 06/03/17 (02:26:43) for constant trapping and nading spawns.  That is why the Bot is kicking you.  I suggest you start playing by the rules.  As far as being victimized, you have not been.  Several admins including myself have warned you numerous times in server, not just {FH}zMan, and you have continued to spawn camp.  Once your temporary ban has expired, you are more than welcome to play again.  However, if you continue with the same tactics, I am recommending a Permanent Ban given your following history:
