Your explanation of the appeal: Hopped in for two games, got warned for spawn harassing. Someone screamed don't spawn harass and then I was banned for a week... Like within a span of 30 seconds. What is with this shit? In between that warning and scream I killed maybe two people I think and then I got banned?

Thanks for coming to the forums to discuss your ban.  I banned you as you were trolling the market spawn and as I !screamed asking you to move on, you continued to kill people in the market place.  On the FFA server we have the following rules (notations at the end which reference your history on our server):

In-game Rules

- No racism of any kind - TICK
- Use of any cheats will see you permanently banned
- Please be respectful  - TICK
- No recruiting for your clan, your server, or anything else  - conversations in chat which appear to be recruitment
- No advertising or spamming of websites or servers  - TICK
- Please refrain from excessive cursing  - TICK
- The use of Martydom or Last Stand is NOT allowed
- Do not bind your 'fire' key to the scroll wheel
- Camping is allowed, spawn camping/trolling is not (claying,nading,tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed)  - TICK
- Glitching, except for elevators, is allowed as long as the following is true:
             - You can be seen
             - You can be killed

Banned from our discord, reason "recruiting"

Already 8 tb, 10 = pb. If I wasnt a nice person your 8 tb + your 2 kicks = pb
Many warnings, reasons ; your great work on spawns & language

If you want keep playing on our servers better
- you camp far away from spawns
- dont throw nade in spawns, dont tube spawns, dont clay spawns ... avoid all words compatible with "spawns"
- close your mouth

FH has a bunch of nice admins ... I m not one of them and I dont care to get rid of a person like you

I will watch closely your records in echelon

In the nicest way possible, please tell me how I was advertising. If you see the part in game where I mentioned my clan, the logs show someone inquiring about what it meant and I simply told him. No where did I advertise. As for discord, I added a few FH members whom I talked to in the past to my discord. That's not advertising... I just added them and invited them. The time stamp for what happend the other day too was like 5 minutes if that.

Putting your website address in chat = advertising (do you see anyone else advertising their clans on our server - no you don't).  Using our discord channel to add and recruit players = advertising (again do you see anyone else doing that - no you don't).

I am somewhat shocked you naively believe your behavior on our server and discord channel to be acceptable in any way shape or form.  So much to the extent that I will discuss the matter with the other exec members to reconsider the length of your ban and whether it should be replaced with a permanent ban.

Spankeem I'm not trying to stir shit or say nothing was wrong... Not sure why a permanent ban would be required for something over that. I never recruited anyone EVER from the FH servers. Like I said, I simply responded; not invited or recruited. DIscord again like I said I added people and invited them to a personal discord, it wasn't a clan invite.. I have lots of people on here that are not in the clan. Mostly all my Steam friends are in here, foxy was in here too but I did not "recruit" her or ask her to join the clan. Its a place to play games with people.\

Regardless of what I say you guys don't care anyway, you never have cared about my input since day one of being on this server. And I strongly believe that will still continue because this clan thinks i'm some terrible person lmfao.
