Your explanation of the appeal: Mitsuguri temp banned me for no reason. He had kicked me just before that (I was even only 6 kills away from winning the game) and I reconnected and asked him why he did that. I thought he abused his admin powers. Then he told me to just wait and see and that he would show me real admin abuse. Then he tempbanned me for 4 hours with no given reason. I double checked on the Echelon Bans page.

If I had actually been breaking some rule, then I'm fine with the temp ban. I wouldn't have posted this. But I was tempbanned for no reason by an admin with a bad attitude.

You were spawn trolling like a boss. When I told you you pretend not to understand ; "I'm not doing anything wrong?" was your reply. It was the reason of your kick. When you came back you started to ague then I temp banned you for 4 hours. I hope that gave you the time to go break rule on another server.

You free to come back later on our server, but if you do it again I will PB.

What the heck is Spawn Trolling? Teabagging spawns or something? If you really need a replay, I'll post the entire 9mb demo to show you. I was in the recording room of Broadcast, watching the doors. When someone would come through or I heard them outside the door, I would go try to shoot them. Just because you came in there time after time to try to get a revenge kill, doesn't mean I was "spawn trolling" nor was I spawn camping. I didn't know where you were spawning, only that you kept coming back for more.

Here is a video of the part that you got mad at. Because I killed you quite a few times. I did shoot out through the doorway a few times, but other than that other players (including you) came into the room I was in. And I'm pretty sure camping is allowed in your server.

I'd really like to get a few other admins' thoughts on this, rather than just yours. I feel like you have a bias towards me. Especially because I apparently play differently in THG servers vs yours. That makes no sense. I play the same way I play on every server. You can't spawn camp in Promod Search and Destroy (which is what THG has), so I don't know why you think I play differently.

Okay, i've watched the video and you are def spawn "trolling" by shooting at that doorway but you aren't blatantly spawn camping and i've seen much worse. You've already received the temp ban for it and i see no need for it to be a PB. I've undone your PB for now, i will speak to Mits when he is around and things could change but i personally don't see a need for you to be PB'ed for that.

i watched the video and were i don't personally see u spawn trolling every admin is different   
i don't feel that u should be pb for it but the tb i understand   
however  with removing the pb this will be the only time that i stand to say it should be remove   
so if i were u i would make sure not to shoot anywhere near a spawn bc the next time u are band i feel it should be pb.

i hope that u will play on the server but remember no spawn trolling and respect admin

Thank you admins for your input. What exactly was I doing that made it spawn trolling? I basically camped that room and when someone came to me, I would kill them. I know there is a spawn outside and up the stairs, but the players that spawned there didnt have to come to my room, right? I'm not trying to argue my innocence, still, just trying to make sure I know exactly why it was against your rules, so I don't do it again on your server.

many members in the clan disagree with you being unbanned and your punkbuster ban is reason enough.

Just because they don't like me? I have no hard feelings against them, I don't know why they would be that mad at me. You guys don't ban for bans outside your server, though. At least that's what Catch 22 said and I'm pretty sure you told me that once before, too. That was from half a year ago. I haven't hacked since. I've always shown you guys demos, me playing (not scroll shooting), and been helpful to people in the server. I feel like this is an unjust ban.

Catch22 is not even a member of this clan, hes not on our roster. I have banned people for punkbuster bans before.  Regardless of if i agree with this or not, the clan has spoken.

I played with proteus before on FH and he was a really cool/strong player. From what I've seen he shouldn't be banned (imo). He has just been picked on for no great reason I hope he gets a second chance I enjoyed playing with this member. (from what I remember he actually enforced the server rules.) He said he records all of his games, the fact he is trying this hard means he is sincere.
