You have already appealed the ban at PBBans and the appeal status is listed as "Closed - Denied." Therefore your ban will remain here, too.

Is there really nothing to be done? I mean I stopped using the overlay before the ban hammer even struck my face, I feel like i shouldn't be put in the same boat as the map hackers and aimbotters. Please good sir!

You were in a hardcore server using a crosshair. You had to obtain hack for that. So no, nothing can be done to appeal the ban.

I understand my wrongdoing and I fully regret using Mumble Overlay in this way. But I stopped using it even before the ban went through! I personally prefer the counterstrike crosshair (csgo is my game), and didn't intend to give myself an unfair advantage in hardcore. My friend pointed out that it wasn't fair, so I stopped using it only to find out the next day that I was permanently banned, without warning :( Along with the rest of the hardcore hackers, such as wallers and aimbotters, the scum of the Earth! I'm not trying to defend myself, I just want another chance! I live in Florida as you know and the {FH} servers are the best for me.

I appreciate the fact that you didn't try and claim innocence. Regardless of the server being soft or hardcore, that crosshair is cheat related; therefore the ban is valid.

I do applaud you as well for being open. I agree crosshair should be in a different class.  I know of players who by crosshairs and place on there screen. Others who use scotch tape with a dot. Those would never get picked up. I don't myself and I have a few YouTube videos using a camera and recording my screen, keyboard mouse. As well as fraps of same match to record onscreen.

I would think you need to try to get pb to reverse.
