I was banned for nading myself, without killing another player and this break the rules how?

In the future I will move out of the spawn before I nade myself and not kill other players

i banned you because you were spawning and pulling the pin on your nade straight away and not moving out of the spawn area, literally every time you spawned. With a high volume of players on the server it is possible for players to spawn in the spawn point you were in after you have moved off the spawn point. Grenading spawns is against the rules. if you were cooking them outside of spawns that would not be an issue.

Just thought I would add, over the weekend the server was busy to the extent that people were literally spawning on top of each other.
