hello,

as you know CoD4 is not longer supported by punkbuster, but it still possible to install PB with the following file https://mega.nz/#!NA1CSAbL!2uaRy-7LPn0bQgWUY9lpDKGWU_8qdBviRvBQSaPvPJI

1) download
2) unzip
3) run pbsvc.exe
4) enjoy

works with windows OS
