I have mentioned it before, but id like to again.

The implementation of spawn protection is very good and helps stop a lot of spawn killing. BUT, the person that spawns can run around without dying while killing others.  If they crouch it lasts even longer from what I've noticed.
This is very frustrating to me as someone runs around and I am unable to kill them. I know others also have the same problem.

What I suggest is that the person that spawns is not able to shoot until their spawn protection has gone away. I have seen this on one other server where your gun would not appear until it went away.

Hey Sketch, if the person draws their weapon spawn protection ends.  If they don't draw their weapon there is a distance factor - regrettably this factor is about as real as the game is lol.
