Recorded JACK trolling the single exit spawn point on I think back lot, the spawn point behind the fence next to the wall, attached find the Demo

I am sorry SGTMiller but I think you may be confused. 

Please let me reference 2 x specific incidents for you: -

Where you say "there got him" – Jack was killed by JohnnyBoobs. Jack spawned in the same vicinity and could still hear the player shooting from the same spot / spawn.  He went and killed him which is perfectly legitimate.

Where you say "there again" – it is in reference to the same place.  Jack could hear the player moving quite easily and there is nothing saying he can't go into the spawn area to make the kill.  Again perfectly legitimate.

I  played with Jack many , many times on FH server , he does push the envelope with regards to camping near spawning  points , but he is not a spawn killer .He does not sit there and kill people as they spawn. Just my  observation,

I would tend to agree, never a spawn camper, but does get close to the line with spawn farming sometimes.  Runs a regular circuit through the spawns.  Its tough to judge on a smaller map as there are spawns everywhere, but I reckon he is just good at pushing the boundaries.
