I was banned and asked to come to this forum to appeal.

Explanation for appeal: I didn't do anything against server rules as far as I can tell

T'was I who banned you, and thank you for coming to the forums to discuss the matter.  The FH FFA server has 9 rules as follows:

- No racism of any kind
- Use of any cheats will see you permanently banned
- Please be respectful
- No recruiting for your clan, your server, or anything else
- No advertising or spamming of websites or servers
- Please refrain from excessive cursing
- The use of Martydom or Last Stand is NOT allowed
- Do not bind your 'fire' key to the scroll wheel
- Camping is allowed, spawn camping/trolling is not (claying,nading,tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed)

Glitching, except for elevators, is allowed as long as the following is true:
             - You can be seen
             - You can be killed

I appreciate that you're pretty new to the server having first visited on the 15th of November, however when I banned you on the 24th (9 days after joining) it was because you have a history of warnings for:

Spawn camping (5)
Claymoring spawns (4)
Foul language (3)

What was worse though was the racist language you have been using in the server that the bot hasnt picked up:

my native lagnauge says kunts who are sweaty are fukking n*****z
kat daddy u sweaty fukiing n*****r

There were also other disrespectful comments about other guests using foul language spelt incorrectly.

FH hosts a number of servers and only relies on 9 rules to ensure the play is fair and everyone has a good time.  We dont want to over police it, but there are instances where we end up having to permanently exclude players who can't or don't want to follow the server rules - on the basis that their negative input affects the enjoyment of others (and makes us admins have to stop our games and we love to win).

The purpose of my ban was to take the opportunity to highlight our rules and set expectations should you wish to remain playing on the server.   

I will lift the ban as its been in place for an appropriate time given your indiscretions.

Yeah no worries. Didn't realise anyone would monitor/care on such a relic of a game. All the CS servers still alive are full of abuse and trolling haha.

Claymoring spawns and spawn camping is a different issue tho. Don't even know where they are lel.

Anyway cheers for lifting the ban. I'll keep the rules in mind when I use the server. It's still banned not but I assume that will go away soon?

If you want to know where the spawns are, if you get on the server when its full and there isn't much time in the game just rotate through spectating players and watch where they spawn and then click to the next player.  It will take time but if you aren't sure might pay not to set them.  I have to admit that when I first visited FH I clayed a spawn for the same reason and damn it that warning stung so much I didn't clay again.  Now that I know where the spawns are I've taken it back up as a lazy way to increase kills

According to our database your ban has been de-activated so you should be able to connect to the server again

Thanks for the quick reply. I was actually going through a bad time back when this happened so playing this game helped me out a lot. Love you boys for keeping the game alive. but also bring back claymores
