Your explanation of the appeal: I don't hack. In fact, the only thing I know about computers is email and Microsoft Word. It didn't give me a reason just said: "player kicked." After my screen turned black. I checked on Echelon fh clan place where it states reason for banned: "no recoil hack." Don't even know what is 'recoil.' Based on dictionary dot com "to draw back." So I guess when you shoot the recoil triggers on a gun and it effects you're accuracy? Regardless, I did not use such a device. I was using RPD and when my UAV became active, i camped (non respawn area), and got kills... then was banned...

I just saw the clip. I believe I was using grip on the RPD maybe it reduces recoil? I can assure you though I did not hack.

Hahahaha you had the red dot sight on

Looked at it again, ah yea the red spot light. I have used the grip on the RPD (it's my 2nd class) and it reduces my recoil by increasing my accuracy by like an 0.5 inch.

I don't know how else to prove that I was not hacking. Would it be possible if the ban was removed and given me another chance? I'll chose another gun if you like.

I am not attempting to malign you in anyway, my purpose here is to examine the demo and give an opinion.

From your gameplay, you're not an inexperienced player, it's difficult to understand you are not aware of no-recoil?
You had to look-up the word 'recoil' in a dictionary?
Google 'recoil+Cod4'
Have you watched the demo?
You are aware that you have a red-dot sight and not grip?

Notwithstanding the above your appeal is impassioned and I usually err on the side of leniency.

Examine the video and tell me if it shows no-recoil thru the re-dot.

English isn't my first language. I usually just jump in a video game without learning the terminologies (ie: recoil). I watched the replay and noticed I had the red dot attachment and not the grip. I was just stating that when I do use the grip attachment it makes it seem like you have a 'no-recoil' device (when using grip).

The video appears to show that a "no recoil hack" is being administered. I looked on YouTube dot com, to see what in the world is a "no recoil hack." However, I did not hack though. Don't know what more proof do you want other than my word. If I was given a 2nd chance I just won't use the RPD at all, if it makes it seem like I am using some kind of 'no-recoil hack.' On Xbox 360 I use the RPD all the time and it looks the same as when I play on the PC.

As hacking is basically cheating, it's taken very seriously and your appeal for an un-ban takes time.
