Reason you were banned: Unknown. Possibly for ranting about admin not actually doing their job and being far too lenient to the point where all these actual rule breakers stay on the server yet they kick me for speaking up about it. Admin needs to start enforcing their rules otherwise people will walk all over these rules like they currently do.
Your explanation of the appeal: I presume someone in FH has something against me.  Just because i call what i see. I dont piss around i am not some little whingey teenager thats cry's about it just because i got killed. It a game dying happens. But if i call a spawn camp it is generally because they are. I have been playing cod for 4 years now i know when someones spawn camping or spawn trapping. There arent many servers with people on them and FH is my lowest pinged one at an average of 200ms. Also Admin needs to toughen up on these rule breakers and stop kicking the people that call the rule breakers. If they see someone call it they need to investigate. Not kick the person calling it.

So requesting Admin to do their job is disrespectful? Thats like asking Mc Donalds to not put a pickle on a cheeseburger.  Part of the job ya know what i mean? Also one of your admin gave me crap for supposedly "Blind Nading" a spawn when i wasnt then i think it was maybe David on the FH FFA#2 when i swapped servers. Someone was repeatedly blind shooting at spawn locations with the m203 then i asked why his reply was cant get any kills otherwise so i said learn to aim? mildy disrespectful yes but ive seen others do far worse and not be kicked or banned. i have been on these FH servers almost 3 years now.

Like {FH}Q said , "we have a process of dealing with rule breakers. We give them the benefit of the doubt, and understand that there could be a language barrier. Therefore we warn them unofficially a few time before giving the official warning, kicking and if it persists repeatedly, banning. " 

We give fair warnings to people that are breaking the rules, and try to be fair to all that play on the servers, there are some the due to language barriers, New comers, and just not giving a dam that DO cause unrest on the servers, we DO know who they are. 99.9% of the time they stop what there doing when you explain to them the rules or issue them with a simple warning. just keep in mind by arguing with some 1 on the server its just adding to the greef. if some 1 is getting on your nerves just ignore them ( works wonders ) when they think there having no effect winding you up. the server has rules and we try to keep them enforced the best we can but not all gamers will follow the rules and they will be dealth with on the spot or at a time when we can.

its prob not best coming here bashing us for not doing our jobs, when our job is to try to make the server's a fun safe place for you guys to play.

First:
You admit 'ranting' at Admins.    -    Strike 1
You accuse them of not doing their job.    -     Strike 2
You abuse our members to the point of being kicked (this I've personally experienced).  -   Strike 3

....... players on our server 'constantly walk all over the rules' while you get kicked for 'speaking out'.......
Besides yourself, there is only one other player banned for abuse of players and Admins.
Would you not assume, that if your complaints were valid, we would see players deserting our servers in droves with dozens of complaints on our forum?
Not to mention your statement "there are not many servers with players on them" {FH} is a popular server ?  -    Why is that.    hhmmmm?


Finally, you have a record of abusive behaviour and this is considered before you are kicked. You have now been banned because of the accumulated 'strikes' against you.
It's like having lots of speeding tickets, you're gonna lose your drivers licence, sooner or later.
Perhaps you should have stopped 'speeding' and you may still have a licence (to play)

Mr. Sponge has summed it up very well for you.

I have played with you a lot (mostly under an alias) and you are typically a complainer. That is something I can live with. However, you go to the next level and put down other players that you do not like, whether they are doing something wrong, or just simply doing something you do not like.

I've reviewed logs for all of our servers, and the vibe I get from you is "Other people are breaking rules but not me, that would be impossible." I say this because I saw instances where you throw fits about admins issuing any kind of warning towards you. Including kicks where you come back and rant some more.

I've also been present for a couple of these behavior outbreaks, one of which I !muted you and you almost immediately kicked yourself by typing so much. In this instance, you started about how the admins do nothing; right after an admin issued a (2nd) warning to a player.


Unfortunately, it got to the point where another one of the clan leaders called for your ban; and it will not be lifted. It's unfortunate it happened.

I complain about people breaking rules. Someone puts me down, I put them down its as simple as that. I know an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind. But oh well... If you all cant handle a complainer you shouldn't have chat enabled.

I wouldn't just "Not like" a player for no reason. Usually its because of heavy rule breaking and a constancy of it. I'll have you all know right now i never attack unless provoked. Also on the ban note, I assume this is indefinite? Not just some for a few months kinda thing?

I understand sometimes it can be frustrating, but remember we're just playing a game.

And yes, the ban is indeed indefinite.
