In the past i always played on fhe fh server called jan
Never had any problems and also i never ever have or will use a hack
Play with plessure on your server
But last time a was on your server i was banned because i joint the {8th} and called now {8th} jan
I dont now what happend in the past but i am shure i have nothing to do with it

If your admins with the level to ban people using this power to ban people over a name you dont look to bi a proffesionel
Server  i have thinking it was
Now i was told by mike {8th} paratloxic u have unbanned mi because hi did speak with one of your level 100 admins
Hope to a normal way to play on your sever and we forget this happend

Hi Jan and welcome to the forums.

I was the one that banned you, because i was under the impression that no1 from your clan were allowed to play on our servers. every {FH} member that goes to your server is banned on the spot. is this fair???? i dont think so.. but if a level 100 admin wants to unban you then thats cool with me. However i will be requesting that if you or any of your clan mates are going to play on the {FH} servers you will remove your clan tags and just play as jan / or players name.  but i will have to wait and see what the others think.

i watched you play today for a while and seen your a good HONEST player and i look forward to gaming with you again.
We will rise above whats been done. so enjoy the servers and again welcome to the forums

I have no idea who paratoxic is; but I unbanned you about 11 hours after your ban occurred as soon as I saw it in echelon. You are free to join our servers again; I appreciate that you enjoy playing on them

Also, please feel free to use any combo of names you like; we aren't the ones who choose what name you use, that would be silly

Hey Jan, sorry for the confusion, we do not nor have we ever had a blanket ban on your current clan. I saw your ban and was not very happy with it. I am the admin who spoke to paratoxic about it as well. You and any other 8th member are welcome to play on our server and if you guys are treated unfairly, I would please ask you to contact me (pm me here, leave a shout or just post) and I will certainly look into it. Our goal is to treat every guest with respect and to keep the server a fun, clean place to play. You are certainly allowed to wear your {8th} tags or any other tags you choose.  Once again, I'm sorry for the mix up, hope you have a good day!

This reactions looks better and i did suspect it from fh server, because i played a lot of times on your sever with your members like mitsguri and others.

I want to reiterate this. It also came to my attention that there may be some confusion about this:

I know you are a Jr member of the {FH}Clan and probably don't know that the {FH}Clan is not welcome on our servers as we are not welcome on yours.

I put the key point in bold, a statement of which is not true. We have no vendettas that have led to blanket bans, and as such every player that comes into our server is treated the same as the next. I felt that this needed clarification.

I also attached the screenshot of the appeal, as ban appeals regularly get flushed on that forum.
