Knoriega: What is coing on with servers? Most times trying to log in, I get timed out. Then if I get in, I lose connection and cannot get in. It times me out again

Hey!!
Another Roccat aim assist demo attached.
Player named Screaming Pie on Crossfire at approx 11.55 (GMT).
Couple of good instances where he's way off & gets the kill (Pistol because he wants a challenge... too easy with assault weapons)...
Yes / No ???
Need some guidance, so any feedback welcome.

I watched a few minutes of the demo (short on time and my sound is off right now, so i want to watch it all later)

But i def saw something wrong with his pistol, especially at the start, looked like blatant no recoil to me.

I am not the greatest judge of no recoil - but I also do agree with Rob it looks like no recoil
