Why did you Perm ban me Again.
I do nothing wrong, and there where no warnings for anything.
I am beginning to feel like you just don't what a good player here, even though you say that good player are velcome.
Well we don't feel velcome( right now)
Selma was on at the time i was playing, but no warnings at all for anything.
Please explain why you Banned me Again.

I was the admin who banned you.

You were caught using a wallhack on Monday, 12/15/14 (03:54:20). Please refer to the attached demo if you wish to dig your own grave.

Your first two kills already clearly show your knowledge of player locations. This was when the map first started, and you had no UAV. They were not simple wallbangs. You threw a grenade at the base of the stairs after your bullet failed to penetrate the wall adjacent to it. You knew he was there. I could go on and on about your other kills but I honestly can't be bothered at this stage. Please do not attempt to use our stance on 'allowing good players to play' to further your agenda and excuse your cheating.

Personally, I will not be lifting your ban.

First of all, i think you are behaving wrong when you say:

You are so sure of your self, and clearly mad about something, so you act insted of thinking this over, before making a decision.

I have never in my life used any hack, and what you are showing, dosent show any hack at all.
I play more than most people, do to my job that gives me alot of free time.
Give me 5 min, and i know all the players spots, as they go back to it every time.

I know where there are a good chance that there are a person, so i just shoot there, and some times you are Lucky, and there actualy was someone there.

I would like to have one of the top dogs to se this, as i have been done wrong before, just because, you think, THIS IS NOT RIGHT HE MUST BE HACKING.

If I wasn't sure of myself, I wouldn't have dished out a permanent ban. I have also consulted Selma and he has reviewed the demos. We are both in 100% approval of a ban being held in place.

This will be my final statement on the matter.

I am absolutely convinced that you were utilising a wallhack, and I'm not the only one who thinks so. Other admins have reviewed the provided demo and we came to the same conclusion - you were hacking. As such, the ban will not be lifted at this point in time.

Please think about playing honestly from now on. It's more fun that way.

I have to disagree with you. First off you were presented with overwhelming evidence that pie was hacking that's VERY CLEAR AND CUT. It has also become clear when JR is playing in dads chair too.

1st explain the shots at the stairs after you're killed by rasical and you spawn you look right the player behind the wall. This without UAV nor seeing the player even with superslow motion on I can't see him. Yet, you fire hoping to get the kill didn't work so then you flash out and nade out while the player runs up the stairs. Go ahead and explain how you knew he was hiding there because you were killed miles way.

2nd you clearly tracked Hairy up the ladder in sniper spot and shot him easy to spot and see.

3rd the Nade on ace that you stared down for 3 to 4 kills and just had to run over there to get that kill. Because you couldn't shoot him. Even though you tried but you just looked at him forever.

I stand by our admins.  I will, however, view the demo in question when I get home from work and give me opinion.  Rather than continue debating this on the thread, let pear and I have a final look at it.  I will stand by our admins (juiceh and selma being two of the best) but given you have played here a long time, pear and I will take an honest look at it as well.

The history with pie and the problems we've had in the past complicate this issue as well.  Our policy is to be 100 percent and have demo to justify it.  It sounds like that is the case.  After viewing the demo myself and discussing with Pear, I will post in this thread.

Until then, ongoing bantering will not be helpful.

I will do as Joch says and don't debate on this  except answer your question.

He came from the right ( Picyure 2 ), i tryed to shoot him there as i have tryed to shoot him in the room ( pic 2 ), he whent to hide behind the wall, as he knew i would shoot him going up the stairs.
 I waited for a wile for him, but as he didn't came out from the hide, i gave him some nades and tryed the wallbanging.
So that is why it looked like i just fired at the wall, you spectated to late.

Hi Killemall, the leaders and I went over the demos in detail and I have to say, I did miss out on a few details that were pointed out to me. You have my sincerest apologies regarding this matter - I did genuinely think you were hacking and that was my mistake. Please understand that this ban was not made hastily and only after reasonable discussion with other admins. I also apologise for the seemingly harsh tone in the above posts.

As such, I will unban you. Please continue to enjoy yourself on our servers, and I hope there will be no hard feelings between us.
