[Trump M. McCheese]

Today, I was  banned for my screen name for being disrespectful?  How is the name Trump M. Mcheese being disrespectful? How do you allow screen names like  "Team Anal?" and other sexually explicit screen name when there are kids that play on this server.
Trump is the President which is the highest office in the nation and it's great sign of respect to at least over half of the people of the United States that voted.
The name chose was inspired by an incident that occurred yesterday.
The Admin named M. Mcheese accused a member named "York" of having "aimbot" , which was not the case at all.
I simply defending the player who was being accused of cheating because the Admin went a bit too extreme on.
York clearly wasn't cheating or guilty of what he was accused of. So, I tried to make "York" feel better and I made some jokes.   The Admin had very "Thin skin" and actually made some rude remarks about my playing ability.
I assumed we are all adults, if we can dish we can also take it.
I play on this server to have fun and I am thrilled York and other new players are here as well. And the Admin needs to learn to be kinder. I feel he abused his right and his ego got in the way when he banned me yesterday.

So today, I simply changed my name and I was banned. I was even told by the Admin who banned me that FHCLAN is a  ya democracy?  Even "Lonewolf" found my name acceptable, however, some other folks don't?  Is FHCLAN democratic? And where are the rules for screen names? How is it again that some names that are offensive not only sexually but to minorities are allowed, however, combining Trump and Cheese together is somehow "Disrespectful?  I don't understand that logic, please explain.

This morning you were banned for being disrespectful towards another player in the server who is also an admin, and Ill explain that shortly but Ill start at the beginning.  Yesterday an admin called out a player for Last Stand which can be summed up as:

That got you a 3 hour ban .  We dont have a problem with people who may disagree with what we do, we dont claim to be unfallible, but you were trying to wind someone up - value to the game = NIL.

Now today you jumped online and an admin took you to task for having a name similar to an admin and his concern you were impersonating him.  For that reason, Lonewolf correctly told you that your name was not an issue, however I knew about last night, because after your ban expired you came back in with another name for a wind up.  I warned you last night about it and you left the server.

I draw you back to the start and that whole issue was based on an admin calling out someone else for Last Stand and it was cleared up with the admin at the time that they didnt have it. 

We have 9 simple rules we expect players to follow on our server:

In-game Rules
- No racism of any kind
- Use of any cheats will see you permanently banned
- Please be respectful
- No recruiting for your clan, your server, or anything else
- No advertising or spamming of websites or servers
- Please refrain from excessive cursing
- The use of Martydom or Last Stand is NOT allowed
- Do not bind your 'fire' key to the scroll wheel
- Camping is allowed, spawn camping/trolling is not (claying,nading,tubing and rpg's on spawn are not allowed)
- Glitching, except for elevators, is allowed as long as the following is true:
             - You can be seen
             - You can be killed

So just to sum up, dont have a name that is disrespectful of other players.

I was wondering who that guy was, thought it was Cheese and he left the clan but didn't want to ask... Anyway, York right? You realize right from the get go that they have logs of every single thing you say, your aliases, when you were last in the server, etc? You lost this little 'fight' you were trying to stir up even before it began lol If you want to be unbanned, my take on it is you go to the general discussion area of these forums, and kiss, make out with all the ass you can and say you're sorry, and that you mean it, and that you won't try to bitch or whine or stir any more shit up. Otherwise, get a new cd key, and play under a different name, and keep a low profile :P

Hi Trump/Tasty -

Thanks for taking the time to post on the forums in order for this issue to be addressed.

There really isn't much I can add onto Spankeem's dissertation regarding the manner for which you were banned on the 29th, however, I can add to the reason why I did on the 28th.

As the chat transcript clearly shows, I indicated to YORK that all was good after it was learned that he did not have Last Stand. (Not aimbot as you had thought). 

In 99.9% of all situations such as this, there is not problem afterward and normal play resumes.  However, for reasons known only unto yourself, you with such noble and righteous indignation felt you were your brother's keeper in the matter and launched into a tirade with the maturity level of a 6th grader, which in this case is an insult to 6th graders.

You immediately received two !Language Warnings from the BOT, followed by what was shown in the transcripts provided by Spankeem.

I afforded you (regrettably) a wide berth of 8 separate insults directed at me before I even responded with ’that’s fine’.  I often use this method when dealing with my own children when they are throwing their little fits; you let them get it out, acknowledge how they feel, then they move on.  However, you must have never been dealt with this way growing up, as you decided to throw in just 1 more, and probably would have continued.

Most admins would have temp-banned you on the spot which is a minimum of 4 hours.  I merely "kicked" you the 1st time which had no time penalty whatsoever with high hopes that you’d “get the point” - rather gracious for such a thin-skinned egomaniac such as myself.

When you came back in, I immediately made it clear as to what the behavior expectations were to be so that everyone could go about their business of enjoying the server.  However, as your character showed, you simply could not tame the tongue - thus the 2nd kick was a temp-ban, and yet it was STILL shorter than the default temp-ban of 4 hours, as I only gave you 3.  Again, rather gracious for such a fragile egomaniac.

Immediately you attempted to join the server multiple times with your name changed, which again, showed your maturity level on the matter and revealing your sole intent of not 'quietly protesting', but in continuing to throw your little temper tantrum and continue the storm.

But take heart - this is not the end of the world for you.  You are not perm-banned, or even (as far as I know) banned at all right now.  You have the full privilege to come back in with the rest of the crowd and enjoy yourself because that is the benefit of playing on a well maintained server by a group of solid admins.

I would suggest that when/if you come back in, that you simply mind your P’s and Q’s, blow people up, and have fun.  If there is an issue with anyone, you can address it to an admin who are easily identifiable with [FH] tags before their name.  If your issue is with another admin, you can go to the forums and address it there, and rest assured it WILL be looked into, as I have seen admins kicked out of the clan thus proving that FH is not a “good ol’ boys club”.

M. McCheese you were a jerk with York and I read your post and it confirms for me that you're passive aggressive, self righteous and you push your "Online Admin" authority a bit too far. You got thin skin Cheese man.
And FYI, I kept logging on because I couldn't believe that a 40 year old man who talked some crap to me would actually ban me for what I said.

And I only say this, because you brought it up. I truly hope you are more successful with raising your kids, maybe they're not throwing fits. Maybe dad's methods of how to deal with people is part of the problem.

Again Trump - this was all about an issue in game between ANOTHER player and an admin that was resolved.  If you choose too play on the servers please follow the server rules.
